So just 8 Premier league fixtures on BT and evenly having 1 home fixture per team and 1 away but not starting until nearly in July. Also the play-offs s/f and final. From what I hear a certain amount for each home team they broadcast - a small percentage of what they had with Sky. Lets hope teams get the support/sponsorship to bridge the lost revenue.

I expect the "plenty" as you put it, don't ride here anymore and therefore are worthless, and those actually still riding here are next to worthless. Still I am sure Horton will attempt to sell whatever he has left, even if its for a tenner. As others have alluded, there is no way I will be giving him any of my money. This "sponsorship" money is just Brandon Estates way of using Horton as their "bitch" - and that's being polite - to the eventual demise of Coventry Speedway.

Although Wolves look weaker for 2018......using 2017 championsip averages; Howarth 8.62 Masters 8.57 Schlein 8.58 Heeps 6.93 Morris 4.88 Greaves 4.51 Thorssell 10.36 (EL ave x 1.2) Total 52.45 As others have asked, can you name any Championship side anywhere near as strong?

You really are a clueless troll

Ignore him..as usual his comments are pathetic and crass and he cant wait for the first houses to be built at Brandon. Talking of Horton, when the stink of whether the Bees would actually run was kicking off about a year ago, where was our beloved promoter? but in America for a few weeks. Now with him issuing statements about the Bees joining the NL, using words that smell of the usual stench of Brandon Estates BS and them paying the rent to Leicester to use him to try and help their own deluded and purely selfish cause, where is Horton at the moment? I hear a few weeks in Australia is not bad, considering you have had f@ck all to do for over a year. I wonder how he could afford that??? Hopefully the NL refuse the application.

The season started over 4 months ago and so far KL have only ridden 14 league matches. As of today, there are just 5 weeks before the cut off date and still 14 matches to race (7 home & away) Better pray for a dry August and supporters with deep pockets.

Thought it was just league matches as per the regulations? 16.2.1 ESTABLISHED MA’s are calculated, for a specified number of applicable Meetings, taking account of the number of heats and points (excluding Bonus Points) that a rider has scored. The applicable Meetings are: SGB Premiership: League Meetings, excluding the Play-Offs SGB Championship: League Meetings, excluding the Play-Offs National Development

Why did Musielek get double points when he beat no Leicester rider? 18.14.3 The TR rider starts from the Starting Gate and Race points scored are doubled provided s/he finishes ahead of an Opponent. NB a non-finisher is an Opponent I would have said Newman was a non-starter and not a non-finisher -
So Kings Lynn sign Holder on 8.95 (real money) - and must be highly unlikely he will return- and he leaves on a less than 7 average. No guessing who already has him pencilled in for 2018. If Kings Lynn are stupid enough to take him back, its almost certain that average will fall further.

Matt - Ok Chris, you proved me wrong last night by letting you go and signing that useless Pole Chris - Matt that's ok, I will start preparing for next year tonight
