Well, I enjoyed that ~ perhaps helped by all the vapour/smoke wafting our way from someone smoking on the 3rd bend. What it was I don't know but it produced a hell of a lot of vapour that rivalled a steam train. Made me so chilled and laid back I didn't even get excited about the two last minute 5-1's. I noticed that Rory's 2 girls were supporting Poole so it must have affected them too. Oh well....onwards to the inevitable result next week. Well done to Hans and Danny who were stars for the Bees. Chris was obviously not fit but battled on, as did Jason who took yet another tumble. Hope both will be okay for the 2nd leg and we get a decent guest instead of Lindgren. I don't think orion necessarily meant the so called top riders so why would we be paying £20 admission? Personally I couldn't care less if we don't see the GP riders over here as I'd prefer a lower standard as long as they are all pretty equal although I know there are many who won't agree, like Stevebrum.

Ah...... that would be the sun. Unfortunately it doesn't make much of an appearance these days. Belle Vue seem to be popular and they get my vote as well, especially as Scott Nicholls rides for them, but if Peterborough were still in the EL it would definitely be them.

Yes, he was great fun at Coventry as I stood near him with 5 other Swindon fans. Mind you Lucy didn't get much sleep as he kept waking her up.

Obviously I'm not printing off the right kind of race card. Is that the one with the coloured squares? I don't have that one any more since the format changed, but I'm sure some kind soul would let me know where to get it if I asked nicely. At the moment it's just the traditional one and I have to fill in the riders names for each race ~ not that I mind too much as it gives me something to do when the tractor is going round.
