And don't forget... "If you complete your rides, you cannot be that injured".... A special line, even amongst many special ones... I presume therefore, that the three riders mentioned above, and Jan Kvech last night, were clearly not "that injured"... Imagine on here if Brady did a Musielak, or an MJJ, and "effed off" before completing even half a season and just rode in Poland...? You would think by now that most followers of the sport over here, would know where UK Speedway stands in the list of rider importance... And not get too worked up when some may decide three meetings in three days is too much when carrying an injury.. Especially when two of the meetings are long term career defining, and one isn't... With the least important one even allowing your team to bring a ringer in to replace you if the team so wishes, so minimising harm to the team, and, as quite often happens, (depending on rider and track), even make it stronger.... Well done to Brady on his first GP win, hopefully one of many, and good to see someone race that isn't intimated by BZ....

I must admit, when I started watching Polish Speedway, and saw the levels of racing and crowds, I thought exactly the same.. And then you watched a meeting from over here on a Monday, and quickly realised that sadly, the only comparison you could make is that both are called Speedway... It could actually even be deemed almost unfair to the UK Promoters to show Polish Speedway over here, given the expectations it could create... Great to watch every Friday and Sunday... Add in a GP on a Saturday and its truly a cracking weekend...

Completely different shapes of tracks... Turning a bike hard, pretty much locking it up, with a wrist injury, is a lot harder than letting a bike run on a wider, more circular track.. And the Polish teams pay for top medical care for their riders, regardless of where the rider got injured, so it would make sense to get there early and use that medical care.. Noticeable that his manager at Belle Vue was very supportive of his Captain... An ex rider...

Didnt want to aggravate an injury on a track where you turn hard?... Especially when it could have impacted a five figure pay cheque 24 hours later?.. And impacted maybe the only opportunity he may ever get to become a World Speedway Champion 24 hours after that? And also could have meant he missed a home meeting tomorrow so his own fans would have been impacted?... Captain Fantastic...

Jason would have rode on Thursday.... Even if he just had one arm.... Or even if he just had one leg.... Or even if he was registered blind... If so, he would have just tied the lead of a guide dog to his handlebars and let him guide him round... When Speedway is finished in the UK, it will all be Brady Kurtz's fault for missing last Thursday...

Plenty of P1ss being boiled around the country tonight....

No! No! No! He won tonight, fair enough, but where was he in front of around 800 or so pensioners on Thursday? With him not turning up, they had 20 camping chairs empty...

A bit disappointed Brady said it was the best moment of his career so far... Hello Brady!!!! Winning the league with Belle Vue and probably something or other with Poole!!! Come on now... Have some perspective....

Fair play... You win.... You don't want to know what the competition was called though...

A truly amazing performance given the challenge facing him with such an injury.. I am sure you will agree....
