The Aces are poorer than last season.. Replaced Wright and Brennan with Cook and Blodorn, leaving no "reserve/second string' ar No6.. They had to shed more points than any other team so, unless unearthing a 'four point superstar' were always going to be a lesser force.. That said, they are only Dan Bewley away from winning most meetings so far, and Dan started last season poorly (over here), as well... Looks like he makes his money at the NSS... Blodorn and Cook both doing their part well though, so the Aces will be in the play offs I would think, and also, they wont lose too many bonus points given their home track advantage.. A decent watch last night, with some good, close racing in every race, hope it gives Brum some good local publicity in their drive to attract bigger crowds...

He gets "undertaken" more than any other top rider.. Rides every bend like he is at Wroclaw or the NSS!! Needs to hire Buxton for a week...

Aces will fancy gate 4... Kurtz or, I presume, Bewley... You can get a good run off the first two turns from there, plenty of options.. And if one of them get in front, the other could easily pass for a third..

I think your expectations are far too high, and unrealistic for UK Speedway.. Over 10 tracks have closed over the past 10 years which tells you everything about its current state... What we have is all there is, so just sit back and enjoy what is on offer...

I disagree tbh. I think Zach Cook has done well and has gone some what under the radar. I also think Pavlicki will do well given a few more meetings. The issue we have is that we really need a big hitter but who is available that will ride for us? Zagar? Will do a reasonable job... Double figs (including bonus), most nights off five rides I would say.. One win and maybe one last per night, with the rest in scoring positions.. He would keep the score at least closer than maybe some..

A bit of a harem scarem moment again for Woffy.. As you can find in the GP every race.. And he pulled out of the race..

You get the feeling he would look Bartek in the eye and not be fazed.. And also not let him ride up the inside of him at the apex of any turn...!! Bartek clipping his back wheel would not be a surprise.. Unlike many who basically "soil'" themselves and drift out and get their race ruined as they lock up, heading towards the fence..
