  1. Not the same i agree, but we have at Berwick Newcastle fans even a Rye House fan who proudly wear our merchandise
  2. 80mile round trip hmm. In 1981 when Berwick had no home track we had to make to begin with a 340 mile round trip to Barrow, 240 mile round trip to Workington, and a 200 mile round trip to Glasgow for our home meetings. Even now a large percentage of our fans can make a 50 - 120mile round trip for our home meetings.
  3. 2 Leagues move Poole up let them ride on a Wednesday. Championship 8 teams 2H 2A 14 home meetings guaranteed. Designated dates like football for Cup meetings Redcar beat us {Berwick } in 1/4 Final in May riding Semi-Final 4 months later unreal.
  4. really impressed wit hthe Plymouth livestream last Satuday when we were the visitors
  5. Been on Speedway Plus programme generator just incase no insert in this weeks programme 😁😁
  6. They hav ein the past suppose depends what footie game is on
  7. How many points have we lost due to lack of support from the bottom 3. We should have been nailed on for a playoff place instead a bit like my school reports could do better. Get the top 4 signed up for 2026 ASAP.
  8. Berwick website showing Starke replacing Bowtell
  9. Should be a close meeting Berwick need a win for any slim chance of making playoffs, but Plymouth are good at home. Senior moment thought it was r/r for Klindt just noticed the comma 😁😁
  10. SATURDAY MORNING UPDATE: Unfortunately, Jake Allen aggravated a scaphoid injury last night during Heat 15. There has been no improvement overnight and he needs to rest. R/R will be used as we are unable to secure a guest at short notice.
  11. Berwick will be looking to get back to winning ways at Shielfield, after only taking 1pt from thie rlast 2 home meetings. With losing 50-40 at Scunny tonight is a good chance to get our 2nd bonus point of the season, following last night's at Redcar last night. Scunny have riders who have performed well at Berwick in the past so another close meeting beckons. Again this meeting could come down to the battle of the reserves, with Lambert at Number 7 who admits to liking Berwicks track being a danger. My predictions have been way off most of this season but i will go for a Bandits home win 51-39 Bandits: Nick Morris, Sam Hagon, Jonas Jeppesen, Drew Kemp, Peter Kildemand, Dayle Wood, Jack Smith Scorpions: Steve Worrall, Jake Allen, Luke Harrison, Zaine Kennedy, Connor Mountain, Declan Kennedy, Simon Lambert
  12. Never known so much dust as there was last Saturday was like being on Stars in their Eyes
  13. If this meeting had been last Saturday Masters would not have got a r/r ride but new averages mean he does tonight
