  1. Definitely, but then that also depends on the interpretation of the law tbh etc etc. I think it has been clearly stated that he couldn't ride over here on the specific type of visa mentioned that everyone assumes he is coming over on (unless an exemption applies in the interpretation of the Law), so i think he must be eligible a different way, or different rules apply due to his age. If he is here & riding illegally then fair enough, but none of us know that,i think its better to give him the benefit of the doubt, until we actually know, and as you say if he isn't then it will soon be found out.
  2. No but ill give him the benefit of the doubt without seeing any documentation that he does. I really find it puzzling that people think that you can just walk in & they give you a free passport by saying im British. The qualification criteria for someone born abroad who has dual nationality & to get a passport is a lot more complicated than that, especially for someone who is under 16. If he has a british passport that means he is a british citizen (and to my understanding & im not an expert)then he qualifies for all the rights associated with it.
  3. That is just for 1 type of visa, that according to his age he couldn't apply for to my understanding. I'd have a look at Dual Nationality & British Citizenship, as there are many ways of qualifyingunder dual nationality to enter the country.
  4. There may well be a strong possibility. It would depend on what documentation he has got though.
  5. Thankfully he's not a foreign rider under the definitions set out in Law. Dual Nationality Exists. Fact.
  6. Can only see a big win for Dudley. Good luck to the Hawks though.
  7. You shouldn't have Well done to Dudley.
  8. The Fen Tigers will be making the trip to QM on Monday the 30th of May. Should be a cracker, weather permitting. We should have enough to win this i feel, but if its as entertaining as the IOW match should be a cracker. Hoping Mattie Bates builds on his last QM performance, where he was simply sensational. JWW hopefully will be fully focused and put in a good performance for us. Any Fen Tiges fans making the trip down? Meeting preview here
  9. Hoping for a Stoke win....in the 2nd match. Think Sheffield/Scunny will be to strong for Buxton though im sure Garrity will put in an awesome performance. Should be 2 cracking meetings though, & hope its well attended & all who go have a superb evenings entertainment.
  10. Timbo was & is almost certainly going to be an 8 pointer this year, good lad is Tim had a lot of time for the fans lastyear down at QM. And was a heatleader as good as Jonesy & Todd until he went of the boil last year. Keep it up Tim. Knew Pickard would be a good signing but he is flying atm, I'd be worried if he gets injured he's been awesome you couldn't replace him.
  11. Have to agree thanks for the reports from the people that attended. Jamie is flying atm, keep it up.
  12. Well done to Stoke for getting a great replacement in for Howarth Armstrong Steps In
  13. Think this could be a fairly big win for the Potters, but the Fen Tigers will give it a good go, having said that well done to Stoke for getting an awesome Guest in See Here for details
  14. Right decision from the management team to put on hold making a decision on the basis of other things being on last week, hopefully we can continue.. See here Last week was awesome entertainment, probably as good as the NL matches Vs Buxton last year which were the best NL matches ive watched at Newport.
  15. Id like to see the Colts win but think Dudley should just have enough in this one. Dudley 47-43 Colts
  16. Home win for KL, would think by 12-20 points. Should be entertaining though. Kurtz & Herne should go well. Hopefully the hornets mid order can all score a few. And we might keep it tight.
