Wrong!! Crazy Jack, Mad Jack, Millen the Villain is the man I was talking about.

Exactly - very well put. :approve:

A superb action by the Newcastle Promotion: "NEWCASTLE are to recognise national Armed Forces Day this weekend by offering free admission to all servicemen and women for Sunday’s home match against Scunthorpe". In these days of International difficulties - it is great to see somebody recognising the Service to our Country by all of the Armed Forces. Information taken from the SCB Website.

............... and there lies the problem.

We did that at Sunderland. We worked on the Track for Free, Paid to get in and did everything that we could to ensure our future. It didn't work for us but I certainly hope that it does at Newcastle should the need arise. For 'Pits' entry only. If you are not useful then you don't get it.

You don't have to be a World Champion to be great. Leigh Adams qualifies as a great, just in my opinion, because of the way he conducted himself, gave everything for his Team, was a superb Ambassador for Speedway and also seemed, to me at least, to be a very 'Sporting' person as regards giving credit to others. Greatness comes in many forms and a Rider I will always remember with a great deal of pleasure, for his actions both 'on' and 'off the Track, would be Leigh Adams. -

I seem to have picked up a Troll. How amusing.  -
A novel answer to a difficult question. It is not without merit. Good Post.

I don't know either. Thank you for Posting though. At least I know that there are TWO of us - far better than being alone RP.

That is very true sidney. He was a great crowd pleaser (or crowd winder upper) depending on what Team you were supporting. ALWAYS fondly remembered at Sunderland. He gave us some great moments.

That is a great shame because he would have been my pick of the Riders mentioned above. -

Yes - but he will guarantee you Points. Whatever else he is - he is a great Speedway Rider. That is indisputable. -
Sorry - I don't agree - Kurtz banged in to Berge's elbow and then brought him down with his bike. Accidental perhaps - but - Kurtz had to go. Rightly so in my opinion. Also Kelvin Tatum thought the Referee got it right too.

The Dilemma Of Greg Hancock

Harris is a great Rider - no doubt - but not in GPs unfortunately apart from once at Cardiff. You have to be realistic - sadly I think 'Bomber's GP days have just about run their course. Hancock however............................................. -

I still back Greg Hancock to do well. I hope that Tai wins the GPs Title again this year - if he doesn't, personally, I hope Hancock does.
