Very poor from KL , that preview is on the Witches site and still nothing on the KL website a day before the meeting and this is their home meeting -

I thought teams had to declare their line up 3 days before the meeting. With King's Lynn team on the Ipswich website having 2 guests TBC and nothing on the KL website at all, will this meeting even take place. Surprised Ipswich haven't got a guest for Doyle (Scotty or Brennan) and be more cutthroat like Sheffield last night at Birmingham getting Fricke in. If they didn't I think they may have lost last night with RR. -

So you will need another guest against Ipswich at home next Thursday then? -

It's a shame that these streaming companies still can't film these meetings when clashing with Eurosport and then produce a dvd for people to buy if they missed the meeting -

It's good that these clubs have their own streams but I think I heard that they can't stream if there is a eurosport match on the same night. -

Maybe Buster will let Tobi join Ipswich after Ipswich have ridden at King's Lynn on the 25th. -

Does anyone know if Dan Thompson moves back to the reserve berth next month but still has a higher average than Jordan does he ride at 6 or revert back to RS position? -

I know Dan has been excellent for us at Leicester, but if he is not 100% fit he shouldn’t ride, plenty more meetings left. With the way Kenyan is riding and with Adam allowed to take a RR we should be able to cover Dan’s rides with no problem. -

That would be like the programme Bullseye for King's Lynn fans. "Here's what you could've had lads, take it away". Do you think we will have Bomber guesting against BV at Foxhall on Monday? -
Birmingham v Oxford Mon 8th July PL

You beat Ipswich on bank holiday Monday when the track was pretty good due to the natural watering it got before the meeting -

I think we should just get fast Freddie to guest for us in the playoffs -
Could hear the boo's for Scott last night after he got wrongly excluded in heat 15 when he came out for the super heat and it wasn't Scott who did the dickish move, even the commentator mentioned it
-
Worded that wrong not necessary booing a rider but having him ride against you in a different league so you support him one week but not the next. Ex Ipswich riders always well respected on the parade. I know Oxford is a special case as they are riding in all 3 leagues. I wish I lived near Oxford as it's like back to the 80's having regular meetings every week not like it is now. Ipswich have one home meeting in July.
-
It must be quite strange being an Oxford supporter, cheering a rider one week in the premiership and booing the same rider the next in the championship.
-
The only trouble is we probably won't be able to use him in the play-offs as he will be working for Eurosport
-
Don't see why as Nicholls rides for Oxford in the championship and this is the premiership. What are Oxford going to do if he scores well, sack him
-
Think Ipswich will do well to hit 35 against a full strength BV team, not sure how fit some of the witches are after Thursday.
-
Expected last weeks match to be a lot closer than what happened. Will the Harris who guests for us turn up or will it be the Harris riding for his own club earlier in the season. Like I said on another thread guests seem to ride better at Foxhall for us than when riding against us. Expect a close meeting tonight.

Ipswich v Leicester June 20th
Bash replied to Arch Stanton's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I feel for the away supporters who travelled to Foxhall to watch that embarrassing display from Leicester. Apart from Lawson the rest seemed to give up, including the team manager. Why use a TS in heat 12 when the score was 44-22, match over & aggregate bonus point already gone. It's amazing how many riders score better at Foxhall when guesting for Ipswich rather than against them (Masters). -

Do they not film them still & produce a DVD to buy? -

I think that means he will be guesting at number 1 at Foxhall for the next two home meetings in June as the 8 day rule doesn't apply to guesting for your number 1. We only have one home meeting in July and three away so still not a rush to get someone in. I'm sure someone mentioned that changes have to be made before 75% of matches complete which is KL away at the end of July.
