Missing reserves can only be covered for by unattached riders that aren't in a 1-7. Which is why Powell, Hunter & Phillips could guest for Banks but Spiller won't be able to.
The green sheet averages section on the BSPA site show Kelsey as back in the 1-7 and Cottham dropping out of it. Previously Kelsey, and his average, was in the OG bit as he had gone out of the 1-7 to accommodate Cottham.
As for Wood, he was at the hospital today and he needs an MRI scan on his knee.
Phillips, Chessell, Knuckey or Chapman for Andrews and use R/R for Wood which lets Owen take a ride. Or Priest for Wood and Andews R/R. They're the best looking options imo.
From an outsider to Rye, it's good to see that Andrew's project seems to have been largely a success. And how about a trophy to top it off!? The NT might be hard against Eastbourne but the Pairs with Branford and Hughes are as good as anybody round Lynn.
Yeah, but I don't think anybody any notice of CL averages back then the BSPA have just done the easiest thing and given him a 3.00. Having said that, wasn't Shane Waldron in a similar situation in 2013 and he got assessed at 5.00 for KL.
They need 18 more points to finish above Cradley and 17 more to finish above Eastbourne. But that's assuming their opponents pick up all their available points, which they won't, so less in reality but the Cradley vs Birmingham fixture will probably be too soon.
