Great post Sparky ..another one of Speedways myths that New fans are put off by Guests and the Rules etc ..as you say it would be a long time before they started to worry about that side of the sport .

Your opinion charges from week to week as long as it suits KL . You done on the heat 10 rule and you done it on the draft rule . As for the happened in this match as BW as pointed out if track is unsafe it's unsafe what part of the match it is and what refunds you have to give out has no bearing.... riders being safe comes first and as this is what nearly all the fans were saying and moaning about when heat 10 was run in the cov v Poole match and you were one of them ..now a few weeks later you want heat 10 to be run no matter what .

That maybe so ..the trouble we have is that a lot moaning but no one has come up with a Alternative solution.

You only have to look at Grw views on the draft to see what kind of a fan he is ...if it suits King Lynn i'ts the great but the moment it's against them it's unfair . nothing worst than a speedway fan who pretends that he cares about the sport but really only cares if his club wins .

I Think it's more ridiculous to he would under preform to stop himself himself money at the time ...at the time of the match Swindon chances of making the play were pretty slim. it not intiil 2 away wins this when they were underdogs in both matches that has gave them a chance of making them . I said people put find to much stock into thinking people care about there clubs and where they come in the league .

I think the most important comment on that topic is the Person who put this comment . They have had the whole season to line up suitable guests.. If they bothered to check they would have seen Zengota scored six points from six rides when he came with Swindon and was probably the worst possible choice of guest . Who do you reckon said that ?

And as people had said Zengota was hopeless the last time he rode for Swindon there and the time before that when he rode for cov ....in nearly everyone eyes Zengota is a poor rider at Lakeside and i think someone put up a stat that his average is under 4 at lakeside .. I don't think anyone in there right mind would thought he would have scored 16 at Wolves or the Score he got last night .

Bit of a naïve view ...Riders ride for money and in this modern really little interest or how there team is doing or who going to make the play offs ...The last time Zengota rode for Swindon at Lakeside the only lakeside riders he beat were the reserves and most speedway fans would have told you that he was a poor choice of guest for Belle Vue the other week .and his score would not have been a shock for anyone . Reading the topic on the Lakeside Belle Vue match the comments before the match why were Belle Vue using him as a guest as it's one of his poorest track and after there was not one fan who said anythink his leaving the gate slow or not trying .

Reserves have always had a massive effect on teams winning matches and Leagues it's nothing new .

No one told you had to do anything ...as was explained when comes to watching outdoor sport that can affected by the weather then you have a freedom of choice to go or not to go . the choice is all yours .

Any race be completed but it still does not mean it was safe to do so ...at looking at the time of the last race and the way Kerr was acting the right call was made

? I as already said you have to make a choice yourself when going to any outside sport that can be affected by the rain .no one forces anyone to go it's your own choice just like most things in life .

It can happen in any outside sport that play can be stopped by the rain ...when I go to these sports I understand this when I buy my ticket . Yet again the choice is up to you as no one forces you . I loved the likes of you run a speedway club ...run a meeting paid all the riders plus bills rent etc then give all the fans there money back .

If you were loyal fan first of all you were know that a match should be call off if the track is unfit to race on ..what heat that is should not matter when it comes to riders being safe . Also a loyal would know that if they paid there money to get in that if a match is called off before heat 10 then the match will be re run at a later date . As has already been said fans want it both ways the other week they up in arms that matches are being rush to get 10 ten heats in now they want 10 heats to race no matter what the state of the track is as long as they get a result .

Not at all if a fan was dedicated would watch as much speedway as possible ..I also doubt a dedicated fan would he got great value for money because there were 10 heats rather nine .

You don't have go the re run ..last time I looked there was no law forcing you to go .
