So a Euro game over two legs is not a played on a football pitch a moment a go you told us that a gd rule could happen in any form of football.. the fact is that it does . Why are you trying to result to pointless insults by the way ? if going act like a child by doing this and lose your temper then don't get into a debate in the first place .

But in football in the Euro cup goals can count double ...if going to start to use sporting analogy you need to start brushing up on your home work other wise your look silly .

Yet again I never said the new rule was fair . I told you 3 times now. How you can say the old rule was fair when one sides riders could have more rides than the other side is amazing

What do you mean it never gave closer scores ? are you saying there was not one match in the history of speedway that a tac sub never made a score closer ? the idea of any tac /joker or double points is to make a match more closer of course that's not say that some teams are going to still win by 25-30 points does it ?

To be fair I am a fan of the old tac rule and the new double points rule I think speedway need them to make the match more exciteing but not the World cup joker as people getting beat on purpose is just to much . Scoring double points is no more mickey mouse that being to able to replace your number 7 with a world champion in heat 8 .

I never defended the new rule and never said that it never gave out false results . My point was quite clear if you moan about silly rules then don't defend the old tac sub rule . So what do you think the old tac sub rule did ? it gave you a closely contested finale ..Yet again thou because it was in the older days you found it ok ?

Double points in the uk does not use any joker thou .

But people are on about crazy rules and the giving it as one of the reasons they go on anyone ..as I said you can't get a rule that is more crazy rule than tac subs as it gave out false results . The bottom line it's just old fans who moan about anything new and just pine for anything from when they used to go .it has liitle do with being unfair or crazy as your post shows . Sorry in what way did the old rule work ? your telling me that teams with 3 heat leaders in the old days never had a massive advantage when it came using tac subs ? jesus youcould even used double tac sub in heat 8 ! the bottom line and the main point is that the old sub rule gave out more false results and that what always make it more crazy and unfair .

The double points rules you can only score a max of 6 points and you have 10 points down and even more to used it twice . tell me how many could you score from the old tac rule . You could also had extra rides and also bring in say the World champion for you number 7 in a race . Also if you look at the stats you find that more match results were changed because of the old tac rule . This is why it's the biggest laugh when the old fans moan about crazy rules but then say they liked the old tac rule . I thik it just adds fuel the fire that old fans just like things from there days rather than how fair it is .

You have gone on about people being turned off by crazy rules then you ask for the tac sub the most crazy and most unfair of the lot to be brought back . In Football both team have the same choices in bringing subs on at anytime no matter what the score is but in Speedway only the team that is 6 points or more can, hardly fair is it ? . If you don't like crazy rules on any tac subs then fair enough but you post is pointless if you then ask for the tac sub rule to be brought back . I hardly ever agree with White Knight on most things but at least he's made it quite clear he wants no form of tac subs or jokers double points etc .

Spot on post big crowds make any sporting event feel better than it is .. When you go to speedway these days even Wolves that used to be quite nasty is dead . The memory of great tracks and passing in every race in the old days is a bit of a myth .

Speedway used to be packed when you had the stupid and unfair tac sub rule ...So to say that things like double points turns people off don't hold much water

If that was true then I would say then one race night say Monday would easier than it is now where teams ride there normal race nights then some Mondays . Swindon asking to ride every Monday is the same as asking to ride every Thursday .All teams have being able ride home matches on Mondays before .

Not really with or without sky there will always be a top league in the uk .. People forget the sky deal is nothing like it used to be . And even without it the bigger clubs will always have the better riders

Nothing wrong with being able to Balance the books ...the trouble is as I keep saying by lowering the standard as we have for the 20 years has not balanced the books has it ?

Been tried before it never worked and can't work . You don't just balance the books by cutting costs .
