Anti Greyhounds Racing group wont carry any weight or support if swindon ever needed a new site to race speedway another fact that is lost on you .. / Your sole aim is stop Greyhound racing and if means the speedway closing down as well so be it ...if you had a choice between having Greyhounds and Speedway running together or the Stadium being close down so Greyhound racing stopped and speedway was no more you would choose the latter so dont make out your any friend of speedway .

You came on the forum to latch on to speedway as you had little support for what you were doing .. you hardly had enough people to hold up a banner outside the Abbey .Why would any speedway fans need to work together with you as stopping dogs would mean the Abbey would be less likely to reopen .You bring nothing to the table in terms of helping speedway return I would say it was more telling that someone who says they are not going to reply to someone does so in there next post ... bet you eat a bacon sandwich when no ones looking

As you have been told many times in the past speedway clubs all makes losses and that includes Swindon .Not sure you quite understand that speedway is on the decline in the uk. You be told these facts a million times but still it wont sink it..

I had many spats with him about the subject .. he always makes excuses like Gaming do ... as i said to him he just become an apologist for them . what makes me angry is when hes been doing this you get Robins fans saying thanks etc like he on there side .unreal

Covid and now this is a perfect storm for Osbourne and gaming to close the stadium and build houses on the site . sadly i think maybe we seen the last speedway at the abbey . the really stupid bit is saying that part of the reason they cant run is because the pie in the sky stadium was going to be built when the season was on . Anyone with any common sense would build it close season. The local mp justin tomlinson and co should hang there heads in shame letting get this far as the stadium should have been built years ago and we should never have got to this stage .
