  1. Cook has said himself at the start of the season that he didn't want to ride in Europe this season and would be looking to ride in Europe next season instead of the Premier League.
  2. Mitchell Davey is now an Edinburgh Asset. There is your announcement
  3. MSC what on earth have you been reading??? Most things i have read we have been tipped for the top 6.
  4. Get in!!!! Well done boys great 4 points against a solid Plymouth side. Cook sounded like he was on it again tonight good back up from Theo and Claus. Special mention to Max biggest score yet plus his first win in the blue & gold! Brilliant!
  5. Can see us sneaking a point tonight but 3 points would be better. Plymouth to win 46 - 44 for me.
  6. This Friday a new look strength in depth Plymouth side come a calling to Armadale this time with Ty proctor leading the way backed up by lemon, gathercole and co. The return leg being the next day. Change at reserve for the boys in blue & gold with Marcel helfer making way (no surprise) and being replaced by former tigger Mitchell Davey after impressing during his short spell at Redcar. Monarchs to win this won comfortably by 15 to 20 points. Teams for Friday Night: Edinburgh 'Scotwaste' Monarchs Craig Cook Derek Sneddon © Theo Pijper Max Fricke Claus Vissing Mitchell Davey Jozsef Tabaka Plymouth Devils Ty Proctor Chris Schramm Mark Lemon © Ricky Kling Corey Gathercole Jake Anderson Todd Kurtz
  7. You never know Davy if you ask them nicely enough and say please and thank you. they might think about it.
  8. Well done Scott Nichols in getting the wild card for finishing second behind Tai...... Oh wait......... Never Mind
  9. I know that James has recently lost his Grandfather I think that might have something to do with his performances of the last few days.
  10. A bit late for starting late as the 10 heats have all ready been run.
  11. It's good to hear that the racing was better when i was at the edinbrugh match i thought it was pretty rubbish but it's good to hear that things are improving. Hopefully you get more through the gates with weeks to come. Us northern clubs need to stick together during these difficult times.
  12. I think you mean 2nd best team but i'll let you away with it this time.
  13. So was there a bigger attendance last night?
  14. I've noticed on the Glasgow website that they haven't put up reports from either Edinburgh match so far this season but have done it for every other match is there is reason for this that anyone knows about?
  15. Sky always put the riders elite league team down when covering the british final if they double up. why they do it i don't know. maybe because it's a higher league or something like that
  16. Has done pretty well IMO he struggled around the dale a little the first week but he has now got to grips with the place he is doing well. Now that he has found his gating gloves he is beginning to score points home and away which is really good. Think when Tabaka moves up into the main body of the team going to reserve will be very good for him.
  17. I was done by the bloody double points otherwise I was on the money with that one.
  18. Not won of the most entertaining meetings at the dale tonight with the heavy shower before the meeting which made the track very heavy and deep but through to the semi finals of the cup which is all that matters. The boys in blue & Gold just to strong for the tiggers again tonight even with an under performing skipper and a p!sh poor reserve in Helfer. I'm sorry but i think i have seen enough of him and i think there will be a replacement coming in pretty soon. Just thought i would give Mr Tabaka a special mention as he made it look so easy tonight just different class.
  19. I would leave Harris out after the whole 'i'm not riding in the WC if i don't get the Wildcard spot' nonsense! he has got what he wanted by getting the wildcard for the GP so leave him out the WC I would go with Tai Danny Cook Kennett
  20. Jacobs won't get near Tabaka even the heat leaders will find it hard to beat wee Joe if he is on song. Between the 3 new boys a think they will score under 8 between them.
  21. You don't seriously beleive that there is number 1's in this league riding for £55 a point?
  22. I agree with you there no PL number 1's will be on £55 a point but he will be on a lot more than any other PL number 1 in the league. Hopefully berwick get a decent crowd and it won't take a heavy hit to the promotions wallets.
  23. For Kennett to be making the choice to double down and to be making the 10-12 hour round trip to berwick and back every Saturday i think he will definatly be on a lot more than £55 a point thats for sure.
  24. The scotwaste monarchs welcome their friends from the west the Glasgow tigers for some league cup action. This will be the monarchs first home match for 2 weeks as last weeks visit of Scunthorpe was called off due to bad weather in the Armadale area. Maximum points for the boys in the blue and gold will see them safely through to the next round of the cup. Monarchs win for me by at least 20 points. The line ups for Friday: Edinburgh 'Scotwaste' Monarchs Craig Cook Derek Sneddon © Theo Pijper Max Fricke Claus Vissing Marcel Helfer Jozsef Tabaka Glasgow 'Western Commercial' Tigers Joe Screen © Joey Ringwood James Wright Henning Bager James Grieves Harley Horwood Joe Jacobs
