Going off his Aussie rides probably about at 5/6 pointer at most in the NDL.

Glasgow shows the way
Mr Blobby replied to Wee Eck's topic in Youth Speedway and Development Leagues
If they were really interested in showing the way they’d put a NDL team together instead of using this to cherry pick riders out of it for themselves. -
Probably a year too early for him in the championship imo, only averaged 6 in the NDL last year, unless he’s a stop gap till they can potentially fit Perry in when the averages change.
-
Whatever Rob decides so it fits in it seems.
-
Blame Leicester, Oxford and Lynn for that one. They pushed for it.
-
Assuming former premiership rider and long track world champion isn’t enough of a spearhead.
-
That’s the one, bit of a shambles that he shouldn’t be riding in this league.
-
A certain few teams forcing the points limit up to 42 this year, otherwise toys were out the pram. Leagues going to be a bit of a joke this year imo. Nothing development league about it just wait till a certain team announces one rider they’ve signed.
-
But in this case it’s cause he didn’t want to travel that far nothing to do with what he got offered. The whole point is the rule is corruption by the guy in charge once again. Knew the second it was announced you knew which team it would affect right away.
-
Not the point of the rule at all, rule is for guys who’ve been left out for one reason or another over the last few years, not for guys like Albitt who refused team spots last year.
-
Now this is where I have a problem with this 8% rule, the rule has been made up by the crook which we all know by rob godfrey. The BSPA statement literally says, “It is hoped that this will provide some assistance to riders who have taken time out of the sport, and who are now once again seeking team places.” Abilitt, hasn’t been away from the sport, he refused more than one team place last year at championship level cause he couldn’t be bothered travelling that far north, plus rode NDT with Kent last year. Yet qualifies for this silly rule. That’s not a rider that’s been lost or taken time out. No wonder everyone gets fed up with Speedway guys like Godfrey killing the sport for a selfish gain.

Think he’d do well to maintain his 4 point average. Bit on the wild side at times but should chip in with a few points each meeting. As long as he stays upright.
-
Wonder where he’ll potentially end up and who came up with such a rule.Wouldn’t be like Godfrey to make rules up to benefit his own team would it. Guys corrupt him and Garrity are suited.
-
And as expected Kye Thomson back for 2026, if he carries on how he finished 2025 then should put at least a point on that average.
-
For what we’ve got left to play, probably the best of the options. as a 3.00 reserve I’m okay with it.

That’ll be the two, ain’t got anything else lined up.

Have we gone back in time here? Worky 2025 thread.

Obviously don’t know much about Dayle, only properly started going speedway a go a few years ago.
-
Connor Coles, Jesus, I’ll say no more.
-
Not that it would matter anyway no chance of him riding for a Saturday club with his polish commitments anyway.
-
Only time he did.
-
Only problem with Gilkes is keeping him fit, which he doesn’t have a great track record at.
-
Bailey would’ve been a 4.00 not a 5.00.
-
1. No he hasn’t, so stop making things up. 2. Who has blamed the promotion? All anyone is said is they’re surprised he’s not back.
