I think peterborough fans have a very good right to know how much the potential promoters have put in as if it all goes ** up mid season then assuming swales and the other guy havent put any money in, theyve lost nothing!!! They should of put up half of the required money at least - whats the difference between them running it and your average joe? Anyone could come on here demanding 40k to keep the club alive for a season!!! Cant see any positives out of this tbh - whats going to happen when the crowds are rock bottom as is the team, which is probable after reading potential teams being assembled on here!! This stinks of another club closing mid season IMO.

Sad to see how rye have ended up Came pl in about 2002 and within a couple of years were a major force, star riders, big crowds, loads of silverware. Ever since woffinden lef they have been garbage! Reminds me of the later years of tim stones era, had it all as the most up coming pl team at one point, massive crowds, top riders who the crowd bonded with massively then threw it all away by doing everything on the cheap. Huge shame

Some of these speedway riders are idiots at times Who in their right mind allows themselves to be owed 300k?! Why did it get that far? Baffling

Cooks class in the pl .... Can see him being another wilson/stoney Wont make it in europe tho gotta be near 30?? Doyles already made it in europe and into the gp series.

Just remember him being a significent improvement on Stancl!

I thought Wato done okay for Glasgow Came back that year after smashing his arm to pieces a few meetings into the season before, and his season before that again was cut short through a shattered ankle He averaged well over 8 for glasgow and was a definate improvement on stancl who was shocking that season

Every thread I read you usually pop up disagreeing with the majority. How taking the gp series to a new continent - a continent where some of the top riders in the world come from - is a bad move is beyond me. I dont think its anything to do with money - its a huge gamble which could see them lose a lot. Its a positive move and how people cant see that is totally baffling

Somerset is class - wasnt a fan on my first view visits Seeing iversen and watson blitz the opposition away over there in 2003 , roaring to a combined 5 out of 6 maximums in 6 meetings, was superb. Zetterstrom pure class there too

God some people whinge A new country, venue yet people are complaining. What about the aussies who come over to europe every year to follow the series as believe it or not there are quite a few And the potential for an aussie to lift a world title in front of their home fans? Melbournes a terrific city, the ethiad is an incredible venue. I think its a very positive decision and no not just because its in australia. How many people who have slated this decision actually attend the final gp of the series when its held in EU anyway??? Stop whining and appreciate the fact bsi are trying something new. Melbournes an unbelievable city - best i have been to. The ethiad is an incredible stadium there - have done scaffolding work outside there and got the chance to see inside. Wow Will be in sydney by xmas for six months then back to melbourne for september 2015 so will definately be attending this. Superb news

Jepsen jensen rarely delivers when it matters?? I remember him being brilliant in the swc to win it for the danes?? Kildemand is far too wild and needs to calm right down if he is to make it to the top but has had a better season than mjj
