  1. Sedgman might have been poor but no worse than KP this year at least he was injured.... I’m sure that if we brought Drew in for KP now the team average would go below 42.5 then we could make another change next week using the balance plus Harris.
  2. Any changes? Any thoughts? Here’s mine: KP 5.36 out either Drew Kemp or Justin Sedgman 3.36 in leaving 1.4 + Chris Harris 6.83 out = 8.23 for Mikkel Michelsen / NKI / Matej Zagar
  3. So with Eddie banned on Thursday.... Scott Nicholls at reserve will do nicely !!!!

So nearly half of our race wins come from the reserves and still the only extra ride either of them gets is when KP touched the tapes.When will Hawkins ever learn to use them when they are going well? It is happening too often now to be able to give him the benefit of the doubt. I very much doubt we will ever win anything with him in charge !!!!
  5. If my sums are correct using the Rolling Averages GSA figures on BSPA website you can't fit Riss and Douglas in for Proctor and S Lambert. In June you have 0.84 + 6.29 + 3.00 = 10.13 ( 5.83 + 4.65 = 10.48). In July you will have 1.03 + 5.74 + 3.34 = 10.11 (5.83 + 4.96 = 10.79)
  6. Apologises.... I don't think you can blame RH this time, the non performing riders have to take the responsibility tonight.
  7. So he has had an off night.... he's not alone.... great result considering only 2 riders showed up tonight..... more changes ???? I'm still not convinced that we are strong enough at top end. Now Bomber is hopefully finding a bit of form could he ride at 5 to make heat 13 stronger because KP is not good enough.
  8. Good result....a bit disappointing in the end but the way the team is built I guess heats 13 & 15 are going to be tough away from home. My only slight concern is KP especially riding at 5. But who else can?
  9. You are not getting my point.... Hawkins should have nominated Lawson, Bellego, Pieszczek and Allen.... then Harris could have gone in heat 15......
  10. Don’t pick both in the 4 nominations.... use Pieszczek in stead

  12. OMG! How does Hawkins keep his job.... absolutely clueless. How does he expect Jake to ride in heat 15 when his last race was in heat 8 . Why wasn’t King replaced in his 4th ride? Why wasn’t either Lawson or Harris held back for heat 15? I could go on.....
  13. How long are we going to let Harris hide behind his injury? I’m not a change for change sake type of person but surely we can not cover an injured No. 1 for too long as we have seen in the past. Come on ‘The Witches Management’ make the tough decisions that you are employed and paid to do.
  14. Firstly I am of an age to remember when we had a team full of local riders. My mum first took me to Foxhall in 1976. Although I’ve been going to speedway for over 40 years I still remember the past but I don’t live in it. On here I read posts about how teams should be built and wonder if some posters know what is going on in speedway nowadays. On the positive side I believe the Witches will surprise a lot of you. I’ve compared the teams rider v rider and there is not a lot in it.

  16. We wouldn’t be 20 points adrift with that team as we would win all our home meetings..... my cup is always half full....

  18. Now Jenkins is fit. What about Garcia and King out and Masters and Jenkins in. Strong top 5 and Reserves for the future.

  20. Anyone knows what is happening with Danny King..... ???? Is he riding again this season????
  21. I think the changes have made our 1 -5 a lot stronger..... not sure about reserves, surely there is better riders somewhere.
