It should still be the photographers photo they use or theirs no point in having him there, official twitter page or not

This always annoys me, team looking at the official photographer whilst someone grabs a pic with a phone just to get it on social media first

Tbh, your never going to get a worldbeater this late in the day and on this sort of average but it could be a lot worse than Proctor. Get behind the lad at least!

I know I'll get shot down in flames, but the times I have spoken to Nicki at length he is a really nice and engaging person. Obviously I wouldn't want to race against him tho....

Where do you think the photos all come from for the first programme of the year? The photos in the track shop? Photos in local papers and Speedway Star? All from press day. Personally I think press day should be limited to the club photographer and media team with the riders

Roynon shouldn't really be in this league should he, but he'll earn a stack of cash, double his average and lap most of the riders....

I'm sure the Birmingham management read this forum so I'm a bit surprised that they haven't nipped any rumours like this in the bud. A simple statement reassuring fans that Morris won't go missing will do.

Not a cat in hells chance that speedway will continue at the Abbey and even less likely a new stadium will be built. Its a crying shame but I don't see enough desire from anyone to force the issue and the likes of Osbourne and Russell will do alright out of it all despite their bluster that they are on speedways side

Unless they leave the number 1 til last...

This is British Speedway in a nutshell, a young, polite, loyal, improving rider who has probably had his best year ever, be high on confidence and thinking he's ticking all the right boxes and could well find himself out in the cold. To me, the team average should be high 40s if not low 50s, makes no difference if teams can't build to the maximum but would keep riders like Dan in a job and in the sport.

I've always loved a printed magazine, always good to look back on if you save them. I'm not a fan of the new pages for the images, always makes them look really poor and soft. A lot of the reports I don't read anymore because we find out via social media on the same day. I do find some of the articles interesting tho the Dan Bewley 2 page interview wasn't particularly in depth or revealing in any way, which was disappointing

Doesn't seem to be that long ago that teams were being told that they could only have 1 gp rider per team. That shows how far the quality has dwindled.

Petecc is correct in the fact that it has nothing to do with any of us, but given the fact that the club is losing/spending that amount of money is alarming to any fan surely? Makes you wonder where that amount of cash goes. I know there is rent, medical costs, rider wages etc but even so, that is a lump of cash to be getting through.
