Apart from the re-assessment argument, I'm not sure what all the who ha is about Lindback? Its not as if he's even in decent form at the moment!!
-
Maybe its the new 'transparant', 'there are gonna be some big changes' BSPA Chairman that agreed the re-assessment!!??
-
Just a bit uncalled for!!!!

Jon Cook has stated that they are considering 2 current EL riders. KK and King would be the obvious options - with Bomber as an outside bet. -
Changing A Team For The Play Offs

I'm sure you would recognise him L-C, he's quite distinctive you know!! -
So Poole with Pedersen as a heat leader versus Wolves with the World Champ as a 2nd string!? A pretty even match-up I would say!!
-
So after all the pages and pages of generally anti-Poole ire, I wonder what the reaction is going to be if Poole now replace Kyle Newman (injured knee at Swindon last night!) with Paul Starke for the play-offs?? ps. Hans is hoping to be fit for the Blue Riband on October 14th!! pps. Chris Harris for Poole next season??!!
-
Congratulations to Neil Vatcher for his appointment effective 1st October 2016. With other news today, all round a pretty good day for Poole!! :-) :-)

The 'long term injury' replacement rule is a SCB/BSPA rule for the British Elite League play-offs. What happens abroad stays abroad!! :-)

He doesn't have to try very hard then does he?! -
I see I'm a bit late for " Light the blue touch paper and stand well back"!! Amazing signing of Toninio who is looking forward to getting paid I would think. My only concern is that he hasn't ridden UK tracks for so long and we don't know what equipment he'll be using?! Should put more than a few on the play-off attendances so good for the sport clearly!

Wasn't Zmarzlik assessed at 6.50 when he came over - or is my memory fading?

Lakeside V Swindon 16 Sept 2016
SteveLyric2 replied to Speedwaycrazy's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
KK? Poole can't use him. NB. If the Hammers get their 3 points and Robins fail to get an away point, then its a tie on match points BUT Lakeside will go through on the basis of more points scored!! -
Lakeside V Swindon 16 Sept 2016
SteveLyric2 replied to Speedwaycrazy's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I doubt it - not unless the the official cut-off is changed (again!) plus I guess the start of the play-offs would have to be delayed unless either Lakeside or Swindon were fully compensated for having to race 2 days later?! -
Belle Vue - Swindon 14. 9. 16
SteveLyric2 replied to A ORLOV's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Its a bit of a weird one tonight. I hope Swindon get the point as they have generally been better performers over the season than the Hammers imo. Incidentally, when was the last time the Aussie Team manager had a team of 5 Brits, ! Slovenian and 1 Aussie versus the Team GB manager with a team of 5 Aussies and 2 Brits?? Knowing both Lemo and Rosco (sponsored both as riders) I hope its a good meeting for both of them. I have to go for Rosco though as he's closer!!!! ;-)
