You don’t need Sky TV to watch Discovery Plus. On your smart tv, go to Google Play and search for Discovery plus. Download the app and you re ready to go. Took me 30 seconds. But the question is, what channel are they going to show the GPS on? There is no Discovery Plus Channel that I know of so it could be streaming service only for the live speedway GP, re shown in a highlights package on Eurosport afterwards. You actually do get a ton of stuff to watch, like every episode of Salvage Hunters going back 15 years if that floats your boat. 18 channels in total for just over a quid a week.

Yes Saturday 13th August is SGP1, with SGP2 on Sunday. Very impressed with what they want to do and what they are doing. Big roll out to other countries around the world in the next few years inc France, Spain, Oceana and USA. Think they have the funds to do this. Now my camper conversion is finished it’s a spot of wild camping in the Saturday night in Cardiff and a few beers after the SGP1 in town.

Sheffield vs Belle Vue 30/09/21 POSF 1st leg
Steve Shovlar replied to LisaColette's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Went to Sheffield for the wtc meeting and it was run in appalling conditions. Who remembers that? -
Well that was certainly a match of two halves. Up to heat 8 Leicester looked like they really meant business and had countered every advantage Pirates had picked up. OK they got lucky with King going through the tapes but other than that, were faster out of the starts. But at the heat 8 track break Middlo must have got the team together, as from that moment onwards Pirates made Lions walk the plank and blasted them out of the water for good measure. Some great racing tonight as well. Ben Basso’s third ride in heat 8 was spectacular. He missed the gate completely but on lap 2 went around the outside of Hume and Kennedy, then a lap later had wheeled in Howarth and went around him as well. The kids got class. Heat 13 was also excellent with Lions gating but King around the outside and Schlein under Hans before stalking Morris for three laps and getting him off bend 4 up the inside. Several other titanic battles for the fans to enjoy. For Poole: Schlein was excellent tonight with a great pass of Morris in heat 13. Basso just gets better every week. Best newcomer to the league this year? And heading to reserve from next week. Worrall was simply put, superb. Full 15 max and rider of the night. Great form and full of confidence. Cook started poorly but improved. King started poorly but improved. Zach Cook was excellent as a guest. Bound to see him again this season. Hume struggled tonight after a good first ride. Two lasts meant he lost his last ride. For Lions: Morris started well but faded. Same goes for Douglas. Howarth was excellent value all night. Hans got the full set Dusty Bin. 3,2,1,0. Joe Thompson found the going too tough. Kennedy had 7 rides but was poor. Got a paid win when King hit the tapes, but was quite hard to get it. Knew King was going to pass him so squeezed King up against the fence. Naughty to be honest but Danny made little of it. Pirates won the last 7 heats 31 - 11.
