  1. It was a second division track in its own right and indeed was used to hone the skills of the future Lynn riders. So in June when Lynn had a injury they would sign the Boston number one and have him replaced by a junior. Great for Lynn. Frustrating for Boston.
  2. With respect I’m guessing Ipswich is not your team. This is how it feels though. We will always be the poor relation. As Boston was to Lynn years ago. Are there any Ipswich fans who are happy we are in the premiership?????
  3. No just my speculation. Kings Lynn was £18 last season
  4. He did write the piece but it was edited wrongly by someone at the paper
  5. Seems to me Chris Louis is now realising we are a sacrificial lamb to the premiership and is preparing to get the club back already. What about Kim nilsen as a number one ? We must have at least one non championship rider to justify the £2 hike in admission
  6. Maybe change the teams name to Leicester lions. History repeats itself yet again. Top league in trouble. Pleads teams to go up Promises of spreading the top riders around. Empty promises and financial misery for the poor unfortunates. Why don’t we learn from history.
  7. Kinsley is still in contention. The local paper assumed as he had signed for scunny he would be unable to continue for mildenhall as they didn’t know about doubling up/down.
  8. I can’t see any young pole either wanting or being allowed to come to the uk. You might get a journeyman who hasn’t got a team place in his home country. Only pole we would be likely to get is kk
  9. Yawn. While it was completely acceptable for ronni pedersen to knock others off recklessly.
  10. Apart from always preferring 2nd division racing I couldn’t agree with you more. Watching louis loram Norris standing and Howe and then Tacey lanham And nicholls blossom was fantastic. I was so looking forward to seeing drew do the same. Prospects like him come along so rarely and we have tossed it all away to prop up the top league. I’ve no enthusiasm whatsoever
  11. I do believe buster has the best intentions. But he is alienating the fans. I can’t think of another sport where a arch rival has bought the other arch rivals and it’s flourished. Its doomed from the start. Go back 12 months and see how unhappy his own fans were with him. Buster himself said he has never liked Ipswich and I give him credit for being honest. The feeling is mutual and that’s a huge hurdle to overcome.
  12. Which leads me to assume he has total control now and Rathbone and Louis are merely employees and are taking a wage
  13. The lack of information is a major worry. If I’d just bought a new club I’d be engaging with my customers and trying to whip up some enthusiasm for the coming season. We are seemingly just a pawn on a chessboard waiting to be sacrificed so the king up the road can keep playing on.
  14. The silence is deafening. I fear the worst.
  15. Alun Rossiter made a similar comment about keyboard warriors. These are your customers guys !!!!!!
  16. I think you are spot on. Normally we know our team by now so people can purchase season tickets based on the team. I know if I owned King’s Lynn and Peterborough and Ipswich I’d have my best team for Ipswich and have great pleasure in giving Lynn a poor team. Normally I can’t wait til the new season. Not this year. It seems we have sold our soul to the devil
  17. We had the future in watching Drew Kemp blossom and progress and now we don’t !! I shall reserve judgement til I see the full team but I have to say I’m not hopeful. I’m thankful steve Johnston and the drymls have retired otherwise they would be prime candidates
  18. I’m pretty sure tungate won’t ride for Ipswich if Chris Louis is running the show. I have a awful feeling we will end up with Hans Andersen and Scott Nicholls both which rode for us in 2004. Purely my view not based on rumours etc. Hardly inspiring if this is the case.
  19. I’ve certainly missed those clashes. Always easy points Lol
  20. I know if I owned three clubs Ipswich would be my priority and I’d have great delight in giving the other two poorer teams.
  21. I think Lynn will sort their team first and leave Ipswich and Peterborough to pick up the scraps left after the other teams have completed their teams. I can see Ipswich having Hans Andersen as number one which he was in 2004 when he last rode for us. It won’t be holder batchelor or schlien as buster won’t employ any of those.
  22. When was the Last Ipswich v Lynn derby. Am I right thinking it’s 14 years ago ??? Surely not.
  23. Drew Kemp signs for Sheffield in the championship.
