I do hope danny improves and I was expecting someone saying something like you did justere2cgoodspeedway. But when its comes down to the crunch he has to do better.

Danny's form is a concern and I hope he can turn it around real soon. Today he misses the spotlight but a closer score with the wrong result , then there won't be any way of avoiding it. I know he's a great guy and he's well liked but the points need to start flowing especially at home.

I feared worst when I started to read this thread not because I thought any harm had come to chris. I know what he scored at cardiff but others had a bad one too. What SCB says it in his excellent post really sums it up. We should encourage riders like chris and as long as he doesn't give it up we should all back him.

I've just spent last hour on youtube watching races from scunthorpe, proper races with awesome racing... WOW. Sky must visit this place if they want to showcase speedway at its best. Im so very very happy Scorpions are secure with sponsorship and will continue to produce thrilling minutes of close tense action....cause thats what speedway should look like.

Tbf if anybody was in the paisley area on Saturday we had a tropical type storm around 5 oclock and it flooded many many streets in less than 30 mins. If the meeting went ahead it may have been a non racing event. We don't want to risk riders in dodgy conditions and neither do Edinburgh. Wednesdays meeting should be a cracker!

I hope the score is a 46-44 to Glasgow with superb action from the Allied dream factory. Ekimba where has all the glory hunters went this year from armadale. Ive heard attendances are down on previous years due to weak side? Not only getting beaten at home this year but running scared of teams visiting with strong guests. Its sad to see edinburgh monarchs fans feeling so low isn't it. How many will turnout Wednesday knowing that a win might be hard to come by? Only glory hunters come in their droves to Ashfield when they know a win is on the cards. But edinburgh fans still come to see live speedway at ashfield and not helmet racing due to poor viewing which is the armadale experience. Enjoy Wednesday night watching your team lose.

Mrs BaBa is doing great she's looking rather swell, 4th of july is the due date so nearly there. Unfortunately for now speedway is down the list but I should hopefully catch a few soon. Speedway updates is so valuable when you can't make it and quality pics like yours.

We can't find a current solution at present to solve speedways many problems. In the meantime we need to put the rule book aside and continue through the turnstiles to show that we still love our speedway and have a appetite for it.

Speedway can't move forward while so many of its fans live in the past.

This really is a open meeting so many riders on form knowing they have a chance of being champion. Garrity is a rider who can surprise and has as good a chance as worral/cook/lawson/stead.
