  1. We're there for the GP weekend but we haven't bought any tickets yet for the meeting. Not that fussed as I'm sure they'll be a few bars showing the meeting . Sure to be a great weekend whatever.
  2. Possibly the best "weekend"of the GP series. Far from the best Speedway event, but for a weekend break Prague is spot on 👌. Wroclaw booked for us in June at a great price including flights and accommodation .
  3. A Bank Holiday weekend in the UK. Flights far more expensive than they normally are so we decided to give it a miss this year. Disappointed as its one of our favourite trips of the year.
  4. Flights and hotel booked for our first visit to Wroclaw. We're looking forward to it. Our 4th different Polish City to watch a GP. May do the Prague weekend again. Love the City, even if its Petriny racetrack constantly produces perhaps the least entertaining GP event of the series.
  5. Why did he do that ? Surely your not saying the guest rider accepted a Premiership winning medal after riding in a single meeting 😀
  6. Looking at this 2 legged play off Final only the most loyal and committed Lions supporters would have thought they'd have any chance whatsoever of winning over the 2 legs against the Witches . To me it wasn't a surprise in the slightest they lost the home leg as you'd presume Ipswich would have been clear favourites to win both meetings anyway. If they were to lose the final then that would certainly have been a massive shock. Still think its weird that Leicester won more league meetings than any other team this season and lost less than any other league team and still finished 3rd in the table. In Speedways heyday that would have meant being League Champions.
  7. Congratulations to the Leicester Lions . Winners of the Premier League 2025. They've won more meetings than any other team and lost less meetings than any other team. But this is British speedway at its finest and apparently that counts for nothing. Lets concoct a weird scoring system that seems them finish 3rd , even though the 2 teams above them have an inferior record!! 🤔
  8. Managed to connect to a bet365 agent on Sunday who sent my query to the unsettled bets dept and they paid out within a few minutes. Had a further email apologising for the late payment, so all is good 👍
  9. Not sure if its been said by anyone on here yet but do we know when the remaining GP spots are going to be announced ?
  10. Not that long i take it. Seem to remember quite well that the mob from the end of the M69 with Olsen & Co getting abused on a regular basis at BBR. Even now our lovely neighbour sometimes wears an old Cov Bees Jacket and its perfectly natural just to boo when we see him wearing it . Nothing wrong with a bit of rivalry.
  11. Sorry, it was to be outright champion. Only had a fiver to win £16.25 but its still down as unsettled so I presume they haven't a clue that its finished.
  12. Yes , i will have to .Just find it a bit weird that they can take bets on a event and then can't be bothered to check the results of it.
  13. Have a word with Bet365 and tell them then ! Had a fiver on Parnitskyi as overall winner and still bet unsettled tonight .
  14. League winners decided by extra meetings on dreadful tracks affected by the weather when the season is over .Whats new? And people want speedway taking seriously 😒
