Should always be 2 points for a home win and a point for a draw. A simple table which is always easy to read and understand. Peterborough manage against the odds to get a point at Wolverhampton and deservedly so and somehow end up losing the meeting!

I've often wondered whats the point of having a Start Marshall in British Speedway. Ive yet to see a rider take any notice whatsoever of any of them. One thing that's guaranteed is that they spend more time gardening than they do racing In the GPs at least they know any messing about and there out !

Listenening to Talksport this afternoon , Hawksbee and Jacobs were getting extremely excited about the world hot dog eating contest in America and interviewing one of the organisers ffs ! How the hell can Britain's no1 Sports station totally ignore Speedway. With ex 3 x world Champion Tai Woffinden and 2 of the worlds best riders in Bewley and Lambert what would it take for Talksport to show some interest . Sadly since losing Nigel Pearson Speedway has lost its greatest voice in the media. The only fleeting mention you'll sometimes hear is Jacobs occasionally saying "it's over after the 1st band ".

Obviously didn't like the condition of the track and i think he made that pretty clear Klindts been well rewarded tonight. Eurosport have even be kind enough to delete his 1st ride when he gently slid off and stopped the race.

Saw up to and after the semi finals had been completed then switched over to the Champions League Final. Think it was then a foregone conclusion that Zmarzlik would win the final. In semi final 1 is it possible that Rob Lambert made a mistake in trying to pass Zmarzlik on bend 3 and in hindsight left too much room inside. I know it's a split second decision but I thought both Rob and Dan were without doubt 2 of the best riders on show and both can count themselves unfortunate not being in the Final.

With the Ekstraliga being far and away the No1 Speedway League in the world , have Eurosport ever considered showing live coverage of Polish League meetings alongside their British Speedway coverage. It would certainly fit in with their claim of showing the worlds leading motorsport. Such a shame that UK Speedway fans cannot watch live Ekstraliga Speedway coverage in HD with English commentary.

Used to love the old Speedway Stars when the front cover was just a plain and simple affair with iconic photos on the front and rear cover. Just the Speedway Star banner and nothing else. Around the tracks gave you the opportunity to view all the detailed results along with a meeting report, always an interesting read. Plus the averages which appeared in league formation so you knew where each of the top riders were ranked in the averages. Easy to read league tables with no complicated scoring system. Seems then that I much preferred reading the old Stars than todays modern format but that's just my personal opinion.

Is there any way you can watch live Polish Speedway in the UK legally or do all the channels need to be paid from an account in Poland. Seems Canal + online needs a Polish account ?

Compare that with hotel in Torun. Booked the same hotel again for 2023. £121 for 2 nights , breakfast included. Great position. On edge of old town and on tram route to stadium.

Undoubtedly a lot of people know this happens nearly every season but trying to rectify or voice your concerns over this matter make you a "Keyboard Warrior ". Can't see it ever being sorted personally and no doubt this time next year we'll be discussing the same situation.
