scunny didnt use a NL guest, we used a MDL rider as rob rang about 20 odd riders but only 1 agreed to ride, rob decided he would probably score zero and plumpted for our own rider, plymouth is a long way away and i dont think riders want to go only to score 1 or 2 points, you cant really blame them for that whilst scunny is more central and makes more sense to use a rider from sheffield, especially if they havent got a meeting. theo was given a 28 day ban for riding in fridays practice and as rules state you are allowed a facility.he had a sicknote for thursday so you are allowed a facility, hes banned for sunday and again are allowed a facility,
-
when does theo have to be at longtrack? when is the race? does he have to be there on friday for practice? i believe that theo intended to ride yesterday, today and sunday as rob would of said hes unavailabe, same as lyager this week and got a guest in earlier, i also think as captain he will be there tonight to thank fans and set off later in evening, most riders jet off same day or next day.
-
he will have a sick note for not riding speedway, if he wants to ride in an individual meeting in longtrack i quess its upto him, and again the team would of been announced to plymouth and peterbro as soon as theo was ruled out, wouldnt they have protested by now and got us to change?... how many riders have been injured for their team but still rode in gps?, didnt riss ride grass/lomgtrack while being out for his team?
-
not having theo makes us weaker which is best for your team lewy, having guests is not a gimme, i would easily say theo would score double figures on friday, will our guest? probably not, seems to me its all in plymouths court to win on saturday at rye house as it was pointed out means we move above rye,i dont think we are going to hand you the playoff spot, you will have to earn it,i also dont think any scunny supporter would begrudge your lot finishing 6th,

its not about not being bothered, if danny king has been told he has to be in poland then he has to be in poland, last year in the fours scunny had nicolai klindt out because his polish club would have fined him £6000 if he stayed away. and why moan at riders not being there when they werent even meant to be there in the first place?
-
as i said before. carl and theo and alex are 3rd 4th and 5th in the order, they wouldnt of even thought of being entered, and again, do you want each rider to put everything on hold from july to sept just incase they get called up? you cant blame any of them for planning something else.by they way? there is a longtrack event on sunday so theo is probably in that
-
not that nonsense again... josh auty was our representive but we all know what happened to him, then ryan douglas came in and we know what happened to him, do all the teams riders not plan anything then incase they get called up?when the draw was make i think, theo, carl or alex never thought in their wildest dreams they would be in the plrc when its advertised as all the clubs no1s

yep and this one But, only if 16.5.1 A Team may utilise a "Facility" to cover the absence of a Rider(s) who: A is on FIM World Speedway Championship duty. B is engaged elsewhere at a BSPA shared or fee Meeting. C is recalled by his own FMN in accordance with the FIM ISLB Regulations. D has been injured whilst speedway racing, Within 48 hours of the injury occurring, if no evidence is available, a Medical Certificate must be sent to the SCB; failure to do so will result in the mandatory suspension of the Rider’s SCB Registration for the next home fixture. NB. The BSPA MC cannot overrule the suspension. E is sick or carrying a non-speedway injury for which a Medical Certificate must be supplied to the SCB within 48 hours of the sickness / injury occurring in which case the Rider may only return within 7 days (including his Team’s next home Meeting) with the express permission of the MC. However failure to provide a Certificate will nevertheless result in the mandatory suspension of the Rider’s SCB Registration for the next home fixture. NB. The BSPA MC cannot overrule the suspension. F has been suspended by the FIM, ACU, SCB or Rider’s FMN. G is in dispute with his Club, provided that the circumstances have been accepted by the MC, who will determine the Facility and period of the Rider’s inactivity. H is on FIM Longtrack Championship duty (for the day of the Meeting only; no facility is permitted for practice day). I being a PL Rider whose own FMN does not have a current Agreement with the BSPA and is competing in another National League or Open Meeting. This will result in the Rider’s SCB Registration being suspended for 1 (one) season and the Team will be automatically granted a facility for a maximum period of 28 days, after which they must re-declare. J is awaiting medical clearance from the Riders FMN. K is absent for any other reason (applicable to the NL only) -

from my understanding of the rule we are allowed a quest for an assessed no1 because. he was away on an official fim world speedway championship and or recalled by his own federation, which he was on friday and saturday -

dont you think if nicolai wasnt allowed to ride then both promotions of berwck and plymouth would of lodged a complaint? they had plenty of time to query it -
maybe scunny could use him to replace ryan ?
