No need to cheat as Eastbourne have done nothing wrong, Birmingham won on the night and all the Eastbourne fans agree no problem we threw the meeting away it was ours to win. But again the best team won on the night, but won't it be funny if you was right about Dugard not doing his 3 rides and the meeting had to be rerun, Oh dear you are funny xxxx. i guess no knowing the rules then saying that someone is cheating or want to cheat? you could get the black and white helmet colour double points for a silly comment but again speedway in not your best topic from some of your post. Lets hope when or if we go back lets say in the Gold Cup if Eastbourne make it, Spiller in the Team and Andrews at reserve or hopwood or even owen with Dugard should help us be even stronger, Fingers crossed let the Eagles fly high. i think your have to say it was one of the best meetings seen at Perry Barr and most enjoyable one for both sides and the result was the correct one. just a big question out there can the teams make any changes now? or is it just guest replacements and R/R can be used.

Re run the meeting let Eastbourne take George wood this time.

Shame really but i guess if Birmingham pick cradely in the Gold Cup then we will know is all about money in the pockets. -
Shame its never going to happen, Seemed a good meeting last night but there is also a little bit of light at the end of it all take all positives, the boys all rode well from what i read just some bad luck i was told, spiller crashing in the fence while out in front BWD was in the loo when he missed the 2 minutes. Spillers bike playing up in heat 2 while on a 2nd, hopwood having a fuel problem, Ellis crashing while out in front and Kirby crashing while at the back. But a shame i missed a good meeting, Postive is that we can win on aggregate, also spiller has been and done some laps also we can hope that Mildenhall help us out at the weekend. a little bit of life left in us.

well i would say tough on coventry, why start your first home match in July, seems no way they were going to fit it all in, why dont they run the NL meetings Before the EL meetings and start the El meeting at 8pm, Who cares if the EL boys have to wait around for a bit they get paid enough. only a suggestion.

Good meeting a lot holds on this one, Good to see that there is no bitterness and sulking in this league like there is in the Elite League. -
What a great run to the end of the season for Eastbourne and the NL season they have had, got to put my hand together for everyone that has made this season so special, No problems that have been shared with us, no sulks about loosing money all positve and big steps forward, cant wait for another year. Hope we can pull some silverware out the bag.

It was stated at the start of the year when questions were asked, Connor and Martin pay rent every week when they use the track for Speedway. I think thats why a few weeks ago they had enough of having to take down the air fence as they also have to pay for that as well to go up and down but ended up doing it them selfs. No matter who ownes the track can you see Bob putting his hand in his pocket to help out the boys, after years of Bob loosing money then the boys making it work must hurt, I think the racing has been some of the best we have seen at Eastbourne for a few many years. Bob and Len the older generation and have to let it go, Andrew had enough of his Len and was made to walk at Rye House hope thats not going to happen at Eastbourne. -
Have to wait a little bit longer.

Bad weather forecast, Gp on TV, not a great fixture, seeing most of the crowd from Eastbourne are from at least an hours drive away it was a hard one to call for the club. Let's say for a ref riders travel and rent plus medical at a guess £1000 to make it easy to work out. A drop in crowd figures because because of the Gp. Many others staying at home because rain was forecast and others because the fixture was not great with out Danny Halsey. Tough to say the least. I rather the club could afford to battle another day then make a mistake and be rained off with all the cost. The club had it spot on last week against Birmingham with the weather. Saturday was overcast and had a few down pours but didn't come to much here but it did rain enough for me to think it wouldn't be on. I was not surprised when it was on the clubs web page. It ment I could sit at home and watch the GP. Didn't all fixtures get rained off from Saturday and Monday. -
of course, also with a south wind force 10 and a rip tide, Kids are loving it, Maybe put Dave out at see and let him swim in would make his leg stronger

Hey guys only a joke . Mr Mason has said that he is not fit enoguh as he was going to have a run out with Cradley, according to twitter of facebook saying subject to fitness he was not ready for his come back. Maybe if it was local he could have come and had a ride at Kent for the Eagles xxxxx Seems the whole of the team is fit so i keep every single member of them. I used the local beach when the red flags are flying i lower the kids into the sea Eastbourne Pier and let them swim in they soon learn lol
-
i would have stuck mason in and made his come back at a track that he broke is leg to get rid of any negative thoughts but then again i hard as nails, also would hope that he would not drop a point. Ok let Spiller have a go much better chance of winning
-
Spiller lives with the Dugards in Brighton why would he not be here anyway, was told that he does all his school work via internet but not sure thats true. Also i think it has to be your top average on a certain date. which would as a guess either Hopwood or Owen, Maybe Spiller can cover if either of them are sick

Dury always take a positive away from a meeting in all his statements and press statement he says we have taken positive from the meeting? nothing positive about having no reserves, nothing postive about 4 meetings on the bounce being lost and it could be more. Graham is a very cool calm customer, they call him the judge by many people but a lot of riders and mechanics call him the grave digger, as he always walks up and down looking at whats going on and keeping an eye on away riders bikes, his eye is on the game from the time he leaves home till he gets back home. Apparnetly he also has the humor of a grave digger. Eastbourn at Birmingham is going to be a great meeting for one of the sides it may decide the league. But all we know is that no side will give it up. Come on Eastbourne. -
Ben Hopwood at a guess or Spiller?
-
someone told me it was on facebook
-
I was in the pits yesterday and heard Dugard talking to Kennett saying that Len Silver has asked them not to use Spiller in the 4 team tournement, I could not believe it and thought it was a joke, how can someone like Kent ask a team like Eastbourne to ride and not turn up with the better riders. Really showed me why i got away from Kent, Spillar has done nothing wrong i would go back to Kent to watch Team Eastbourne, BWD, Spillar, Wood, Owen, and Niall at reserve. Or K Dugard. Roll on Len Silver, even your own son has walked away from Rye House Raiders today.
-
Sunday meeting at 2pm would be much better as it would allow me to get home and get the kids into bed for school the next day, Saturday is too much of a mess as the kids also like to watch the GP so best of both worlds for me, Sunday early time would help.

Jack was the top Brit in the world champship 250cc a few weeks ago, He had practice where he posted he must stay on the bike as he crashed 3 times in training and one of them was when he was chasing Tom Brennan, Gives you a bit of an understanding how good Jack is, Eastbourne would not be his best track and Jack loves it super slick so i cant see him making much head way for the brummies i put him down as 4 points to 6 on a good day. (got to be Lucky)
