Well said Paulco. I have come back on to comment purely in connection with your post. I was at the meeting last night and I had nothing but admiration for the travelling Glasgow "support team". They were well mannered, amiable, resolute and gracious in defeat and complimentary to the victors "support team", alas not like some of the keyboard warriors on here. I am a Speedway fanatic and I will endeavour to watch the sport wherever and whenever it is possible and have been since 1965. You are bound to have partisan fans and people that don't suffer opposition gladly, to them I say we are all of the same mind, we all support and enjoy the same sport have friendly banter and respect each others views and opinions, even if you don't agree. In the meantime enjoy what is left of the 2016 season and whatever it may bring - hopefully a Play Off Final win for Somerset Rebels, if not good luck to the victors be it Glasgow or Sheffield. Ride safe everybody, that includes the "support teams" and see you all somewhere next season. Remember ! Every Dog Has His Day !!! This is my last post on what was my thread anyway !!!

Read the write up on the match on Speedway GB and you will see that Barker once again is the consistent PRAT !!! Hard Riding !!! That was suicidal and homicidal !!! Sticking your boot in another riders spokes to prevent him passing !!! I stand by my view on Barker !!! PRAT !!! Your avatar is very apt !!! He is another who gets straight qualification to be in the "PRAT" Club

I have to ask what was the matter with Miss B. Barker last night at the conclusion of Heat 15 ? He successfully ruined Josh G's race by deliberately riding into him on the entry to Bend 1 of Lap 1 which unbalanced Josh and put him in last place. The race was then concluded and Josh returned to the pits from Bend 4 of the last Lap, fine, you would think but then when Ms Barker arrived at the pit gate he dismounted and fell to the floor, apparently in pain from his lower right leg, obviously self inflicted at his first bend antics and fell to the deck ! He was immediately attended to by teammates and St Johns, fine again you would think. Josh G then arrived back at the scene to see what the fuss was about only for Miss Barker to get to his feet and swing a punch at Josh ???? A real case of spitting the dummy out after being hoist by his own petard !!!! In other words - - - - - PRAT !!!

Perhaps if Ms Hancock hadn't delayed the meeting for the sole purpose of getting a few more £s through the turnstile we may have completed the meeting and who knows, possibly won it. WHY DON'T PEOPLE GET THERE ON TIME. ??? I get there by 6.30 pm match nights. Why should we have to wait for stragglers ?
