Gordon was the middle one. I think that Barney (Brian) is still very active on social media and I found him very entertaining when interviewed on "The History of Canterbury Speedway" DVD. There is a fourth brother, Tracy, who never rode speedway.

Apparently there was a minute's applause for Gordon prior to the recent meeting. A true legend at Cowley.

A similar comment I made on this very topic drew a usual cynical "like" from said suspect who I've sent a PM to which hasn't apparently been read as yet!
