  1. I popped in form 7 till 8. NKI was there. TJ i believe was there in the morning, but had a plane to catch, so missed the evening. I didn't see Richard .
  2. For anyone interested. The Stars press and practice day is this Thursday 24 th. Fans welcome from 7pm.
  3. There was a stock car meeting the night before. So limited time to prepare it i guess? There wasn't the amount of shale there usually is, and with the weather/ less shale , the track was drying out faster than usual maybe. Or it might have been that the riders wanted to stay safe so it was prepared with that in mind. Who knows. Agree it was bloody freezing.
  4. Around 25 races instead of 15 for the normal entry fee. As you say a lot of riders use it to sharpen up. But great value . A big crowd for Lewi, although a pretty quiet one, compared to a league meeting.. But I must be getting old, i was frozen from about 5pm Klint looked good riding one of NKI's bikes for the day..
  5. Lovely day here in King's Lynn if anyone is thinking of travelling for this one
  6. Admission has been set at £16 for Adults £14 for OAP/Students £5 kids aged between 10-17 and free for under 10's A Family Ticket for 2x Adults and 2x 10-17year olds £37
  7. The Bald Bloke does. Never use a card or that contact less thing. The only time i use my card is for online car/ bike insurance. Never carry one. Always cash. Think i might be in the minority
  8. I can't see how he would gain if the club folds.. He must of shelled out a fair wedge when he took over, and surely get nothing back if it folds? Don't know what assets (If any) Buster has signed since he's been there tbh.
  9. BRITISH CAREER: (2010-11) King’s Lynn II; (2012) Plymouth, Somerset, King’s Lynn II; (2013-15) King’s Lynn, Newcastle; (2016) Lakeside, Ipswich, Scunthorpe; (2017) Poole, Somerset, Scunthorpe; (2018) King’s Lynn, Glasgow; (2019) King’s Lynn, Eastbourne; (2021) King’s Lynn, Eastbourne, Redcar; (2022) King’s Lynn. Looks like 2010 until 2022 baring 2 seasons. Excellent service i would say
  10. Yep hope he can. Buster had the AFA a bit less grippy last season. That should help NKI if it stays the same this season.
  11. , Who knows Tel. Should be Killers injury review, but we know things sometimes don't go as expected . I was looking forward to watching Killer if i'm honest. However i wasn't convinced he would last the full season.
  12. Don't know if anyone is interested. The Stars have a behind closed doors practice today, then to night its a Welcome for Picko and Stevie, with Q and A, photos etc. £5 on the door tonight 10/3 at 7.30 in the club function room. Info on The Stars website
  13. Agree. Good line up. Plus the 125 and 250 youngsters, and an auction after.. Interesting
  14. Josh the new captain. Didn't see that coming.
  15. Around the AFA, yes i think he can beat some of them. He seems to love the place going on Sheffield's visits in 2021...... Holder 1 2 3 3 =9 Ellis 2 3 f =5 Josh 2 3 3 2 2 = 12. chosen for HT 15 and finished 2nd to Lawson. ................... Holder 3 3 3 3 0 = 12 Ellis 3 3 2 f = 8 Josh 3 3 2 2 3 =13 Won HT 15... Holder was last. I know its only 2 meetings. Put it with Lawsons HT 15 finishes at home of 2+1, 0, 3, 2, 1+1, 3, 3, 2. I think the Stars well do ok at the AFA myself in those heats. Guess my glass is half full, and yours ??
  16. I'm looking forward to it myself. Josh will make us pretty strong in heats 13 and 15. More so at home, and thats where you need to win all your meetings if you can. Killer is a slight doubt for me, but not going to judge him before he starts. Hoping for a top 4
  17. Ford is asking for help, but owns this..Is that right ?????
  18. Best thing Poole did was drop into the second tier for me. Hope they stay there
  19. Oh i see. Looks like we have all the left overs again then
