Scunny v Leicester 22.7.22 Platty Joobs thing
ScunnyDan replied to ScunnyDan's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Quality meeting that, nice to be in the crowd for a change too! Ryan Douglas, what a guy, us Scorpions fans can only hope his signature is already inked for 2023.. Zaine Kennedy man of the match for me, very unlucky with his puncture in heat 14.. Adam Roynon also put in loads of effort for little reward, effort goes a long way at Scunthorpe and I'm sure he'll become a crowd favourite in the coming weeks.. It does take two teams to make a great meeting - and fair play to the Lions, Howarth, Lawson and Worrall were on it.. was also pleasing to see Max Clegg in the points after some online criticism -

With working on the streaming at scunny, I tend to get there 3 and a half hours before tapes up - (setting cams up, doing interviews and editing them takes time) - before nipping for a burger and collectin the guys programmes before we start to stream... (then pack everything away so we're usually hanging back a couple hours too)... At Sheffield when I go (pretty often now) - get the 17.08 train from scunny to sheff, and get to the track around 6.15pm ish

Quality meeting last night, and fair play to both sets of riders for putting on one hell of a show! The Superheat definately made things more interesting... The Panthers were due some luck, and for their sake, I do hope last night was the turning point for them. Idk if the two Panthers fans that sat next to me will see this - but if you do - thankyou for being true gents and being very welcoming and a right laugh all evening -

Best meeting seen in a long time, great win for Scunny, however fair play to the Glasgow lads, it takes two teams to produce such a great meeting.. Heat 10 a highlight for me personally, what a race -

First and foremost, we wish Joe Alcock and Ryan Douglas the best of recoveries from their injuries gained on Friday Evening. It is with disappointment that some of you weren’t satisfied with some aspects of our livestream, and I can understand why. Our commentary team, first and foremost, are very new at the job and will take some time to get used to their job and being impartial as they are both life long Scunthorpe supporters. The commentary team of Dan and Spence would both like to apologise on here for any comments made that offended anyone, and will issue another public apology on the stream on Friday. With them being relatively new at this job – they would both be very grateful for any help in making them better. The crew would like to apologise for the dissatisfaction to any fans offended by comments made and hope that if you choose to tune into Scorpions TV again in the near future, that your viewing experience be more pleasurable. 20.05.22 - Scunthorpe v Newcastle (league, BSN)
ScunnyDan replied to ScunnyDan's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Dammed if you do, dammed if you don’t.. we’ve had a few showers but nothing to really do any damage to the track, and had electrical issues at the track… it’s just one of them really -
Meeting being streamed over on BSN, so a chance to give my beautiful voice a rest! - Diamonds not having much luck this season, so SHOULD be a comfortable Scorpions home win.. or will the Diamonds have a sparking surprising away performance to push them up the table? Be there at the EWR on Friday - you wouldn't want to watch it on a lesser streaming service would you

It wont have been streamed with the Eurosport deal, i'd be amazed if Clean Cut wasn't filming it for DVD.. If they was - they should put that heat 13 up, what a race that really was -
