  1. Can’t afford to be complacent at any stage of the season but if the witches carry the momentum from last weeks performances against belle vue then could/should be a solid away win.
  2. Losing in a superheat is the same as 67-23 🤣
  3. Cynical sidenote - we ran one last place last night and it was Danny 🫣😅 before you bite I like Danny and he’ll be a great second string - awesome to see the tracks changes meant he held the inside better than I’ve ever seen him manage before last night! Also shows his hand must be nice and strong 👌
  4. Injuries and rule bending the only thing that’ll stop this side winning the silverware this season imo. if you look closely we conceded a heat advantage in heat 6 of the Foxhall battering last night
  5. Call us cocky if you want but when you score more in one leg than the reigning champions score over both legs then really that’s some statement!
  6. Great job Chris Louis has done altering the track over the winter, our boys still love it and the best visiting rider there’s been the past few seasons can’t ride it anymore 🤣🤪
  7. The sad reality is playoffs or no playoffs the eventual champions is almost always decided by injuries
  8. I don’t think it would be a brazen prediction for say doyle 12 danny 8 adam 8 tom 8 Emil 11 dan 7 jordan 4 they could all struggle like the normally imperious at home belle vue lads did Monday but I don’t think it’s likely
  9. Belle vue will no doubt be up for it, at Foxhall which belle vue riders do you realistically expect to outscore their opposing number tho? Obviously on the night all sorts can happen but honestly I think Kurtz and Doyle will be fairly even and both double figures could go either way, other than that honestly expect all the other Ipswich riders to come out on top in their head to heads
  10. Ellis has always been pretty handy round Foxhall tbf, the season crump came back for us and had a go in an early season meeting he was following Ellis keeping it safe low down/mid track while Ellis was in the dirt on the fence line pulling away out front. After the race crumpy was applauding him having a chat, pointing to the fence and shaking his head, looked as if he was saying “what in the hell were you doing out there lad” 😂
  11. Kurtz and bewley can only score 3 more than they did last night
  12. Kurtz and bewley can only score 3 more than they did last night
  13. Too much of Danny’s ippo career the expectations on him have been higher than his level, he’s never been a proper 1 or 5 in the top league but he’s had to be that and then overly criticised when come up short - now he’s not got the burden of those unrealistic expectations should go along quite nicely this season. Hawkins made a good point with king riding at 2 the majority of his rides come earlier in the meeting on a grippier track which will suit him also Great start last night for him and the team 😃
  14. Good shout on the 10 point margin 😃🤣
  15. I think Rew holds the key tonight, if he hits the ground running could be the difference maker in a close meeting
