A very big well done to Adam roynon on top scoring for the diamonds especially after all the injuries and problems he,s had,still can be a class act in my opinion,well done Adam.

Then,normally I would have been happy to pay the 34.00 for myself and my missus but don't have the time to watch another 15 heats and certainly at 26.00 pounds each,wouldn't anyway,factor in programmefuel etc and 60.00 plus is a lot of money it doesn't cost me that on groceries for the week!should definately have the option of paying just for the senior meeting and to penalize those who would want to just do that is very very wrong.its things like this that make me angry,I know it's been a tough year for promoters,but it's also been a tough year for everyone,so,this is one couple who for sure will not be attending and hope that the promotion won't miss the 34.00 they would have normally got,plus programme,car park,etc..!!

Can someone please tell me if you can pay just the 17.00 admission and watch the senior meeting,I don't have the time to watch a further 15 races?

Skidder, absolutely gutted for the Hancock family and supporters.have loved every visit I've had to the oak tree albeit for the pairs or league/ cup racing and it is so so sad for the sport to lose such a damn fine venue and racetrack.i will look back with very fond memory of my visits and the kindness and friendliness of all the supporters.such a sad time.

Kyle and Theo though have had numerous laps,know the racing lines,set up etc,wasn't it their first ever visit to the ewr?

Can only wonder why the referee put crump back 15 metres,for protesting at autys tyre warming? He spoilt what was potentially a damn good speedway race, Scunthorpe had the meeting won,but he should have used his discretion and not penalised him.again the paying public get short-changed because of one act of lunacy by the ref..

Sorry,have to disagree,was that not the first time any of them had ridden the track? I may be wrong,they were off the pace a little but not by much,they all look to have potential.hardly any falls amongst them either.

Take a look at met office forecast.cloud turning to heavy rain by lunchtime.

If you look on the met office website,heavy rain from twelve lunch right through until five pm for thursday.prospects pretty grim..

With access to the Tigers website.first port of call I would have thought.!!!!

If you had looked on the Tigers website they did state that no tickets on sale until Thursday...!!!

Hey,you've got to support your team whatever is brought to the table.i will admit,I'm a Tigers fan through and through and have been for the best part of 44 years but I love the racing,track,food and set up at scunny and get as often as I can but I would never desert the team I have supported for years.you have had success in the last few years and blimey,it was a long time before we had any at Sheffield but I would support them whatever team they put out.never desert your home town team because you never know how long they will be here.

Good signing in my opinion and I don't think we've seen the best from Josh as yet,if he can stay injury free.nice to see you back lad.

Great signings for Plymouth but beware,things don't always pan out as expected..

I've been a few times,has certainly improved over the years and they now put on a good show down there,the racing is pretty good too.its a small technical track yes but I think that they make for better racing.nss being the exception.if the track is ridden in an attacking manner then the riders reap the rewards.

Got to be worth a punt,class rider on his day,could do a job for us exciting to watch too.

Short season?,a six team league?,uncertainty of available riders?,uncertainty of when the season will actually start?,how many people will actually be allowed to attend?,social distancing still in place?mask wearing at meetings?.team strengthes drastically reduced? The list is endless.

But they won't line up if they can,t line up......so to speak.

I don't think anyone will line up as expected because I can't see any league racing happening.

Try telling that to the families that have lost loved ones......!!!

Anyway,back to team matters,if racing does resume,who is going to replace Nikki Pedersen and Todd Kurtz?
