At least with people moaning about the starting tapes, track marshall etc, it took the attention away from the track prep, which to be honest, was very dusty towards the end

The ref should be accountable for the start marshals actions. Perhaps the start marshal was instructed by the ref, he is in direct contact with him, we will probably never know

Where was the ref when all this was going on, he's in charge
