  1. He didn't say replace Cardiff, he said why is the only GP at Cardiff. Why couldn't the NSS have one as well as Cardiff, just like Sweden & Poland do.
  2. Not seen any explanation for this, after either Janowski or Lindback had their picks you could see Madsen stood there. Is there a rule if you are not there in time your forfeit your pick?
  3. Thanks, looked at that page other day and they just had stadium times.
  4. I don't know the details about why Lambert couldn't make it, but if there was no way he could make it due to a delayed/cancelled flight and evidence of that, then I think should have been allowed R/R aswell.
  5. The problem is that they had to come up with the injured excuse to get the R/R. Surely if there is a genuine reason that he is delayed and they had the evidence then R/R should be granted without using the injury excuse.
  6. What difference does it make if he was injured or not, it's not like he did it on purpose so we could strengthen with a guest or R/R. Belle Vue were still weakened by him not being there. His flight was delayed by over 2 hours, it wasn't his fault, he now misses out on a pay day.
  7. Yes it was poor by NSS standards but that was because of the rain, lot of tracks would have called it off after that rain. But it did get better in second half of meeting.
  8. Hat 6 Worrall passed Perks Heat 10 Worrall and Museliak passed and repassed each other. Heat11 Bewley passed Ellis. Heat 14 and 15 were excellent. But there was plenty of other close racing wheree riders couldn't quite pull off the pass. There was one race where Bewley nearly passed both Swindon riders in one go but couldn't quite pull it off.
  9. Not seen anything about fan zone etc, why do I get this feeling it's not going to be happening.
  10. Racing got a lot better in 2nd half of meeting, there was a deep outside line if you were brave enough and inside was working for dive bombs. Surprised we won by 8 in the end without Bjerre and Fricke was poor, one of his worst home meetings of the season wasn’t gating and looked slow.
  11. Although using R/R is wrong by the letter of the law, it’s a cup final and having to use a junior would have written the meeting off straight away. Belle Vue still badly weakened by using R/R.
  12. Rain for an hour before the meeting means very wet track so all from the gate. 5 3-3s so far.
  13. He flew from Billund to Brussells. Brussells to Manchester should have landed 5.15pm but is now estimated 7.35pm.
  14. Regards tonight meeting, the different race format going make things different. With the normal race race format I would have been confident of around a 12 point win, both previous meetings Doyle has had a tactical ride that he won’t have tonight. But with reserves only having 3 rides and top 4 having 5 rides this should be in Swindon’s favour. Ellis and Musielak can’t be as bad as last time but Bewley is riding better. Swindon have changed round riding order moving Batchelor to 3 which is correct thing to do with this race format, disappointed Belle Vue have left theirs. Bjerre had 2 crashes to finish off in Denmark last night so think he will be feeling sore.
  15. Although I kind of see your point about management decisions and a come down after missing playoffs, this is still a cup final, it’s not a meaningless challenge meeting at end of season. It’s the last senior meeting of the season and with the current owners 3 year deal coming to an end it could be a winter or uncertainty again.
