  1. Why Bjarne still not got a Peterborough race suit?
  2. That is something that I was wondering about the ‘check in’ too. I thought that originally was more designed for small cafes and restaurants etc so they had a record who was in a what times. At a big venue they are not going to tell everyone to isolate, my mate doesn’t have the app and has to give his name and number and stands in south stand, they have no idea who he is near. I get the feeling it’s just a stipulation that the council making them do. https://faq.covid19.nhs.uk/article/KA-01312/en-us?parentid=CAT-01033&rootid=
  3. Good point about most of them having 2 teams already. Wether any of them could be tempted to ‘drop’ NDL.
  4. Yes it uses Bluetooth to monitor who you are close to, think you have to be close to them for over 10 mins, so just waking past someone wouldn’t log etc. You can turn it off in the app, it’s called contact tracing. Incorrect, it’s the main way the app works using Bluetooth. It’s not going to be done by just checking in to a venue, as they not going to tell 1000 people to isolate as don’t know who been close to who. https://www.gov.uk/government/news/nhs-covid-19-app-has-been-downloaded-over-10-million-times
  5. It’s not just about places you have checked in. The app on phone is constantly monitoring who you have been close to, so if been close to someone eg on a bus or in a shop and they test positive few days later then you will get a notification.
  6. Let’s see if Swindon start again in 2022 before saying that.
  7. That was 12.5% of capacity. Manchester United we’re allowed 10,000 out of 76,000 capacity so 13% very similar.
  8. Poland use the Mitas tyre, what was used here previously. The reason the Anlas was banned in GP’s was it was found to be too soft. It didn’t effect the GP riders as they use a new tyre for each ride pretty much but here a tyre is expected to do 5+ Heats they are not lasting.
  9. It’s all based on percentage of full capacity set by local council but based on factors like entrances/exits, toilets etc. ipswich allowed 2000 but their full capacity is 10,000 so that is 20% Belle Vue allowed 33% of capacity so that is normally 1000 out of 3000 but have managed to add some extra on 3rd bend which not normally used so been getting 1200 in. So Wolves are allowed a percentage, nobody seems to know the exact figure, it keeps changing from different people from 900 to 800 to 750. To me I think it’s lower then that more like 500 judging by what seen on Monday and how much CVS says they struggling.
  10. It’s a rolling average of last 20 meetings. So his meetings this year replaced 1-2 meetings from 2019.
  11. Don’t understand why he would have got new average on 8th June, surely should be 1st June and then 1st July.
  12. If he signed before the 7th then he wouldn’t have been able to guest on the 7th.
  13. It was changed to Wolves so didn’t have to show Peterborough 2 weeks on trot. Eurosport seem to be useless at keeping their teams who look after TV guides and adverts etc updated.
  14. They not looked at latest averages then.
  15. David Rowe confirmed him and Ermolenko doing commentary but doesn’t know how it being shown. Why don’t they put it on Quest channel?
  16. Before this deal was done, was there any testing done on them?
  17. They had bought a water bowser from Belle Vue but as of last week still not arranged for it to be collected, don’t know if that happened last few days.
  18. Do Ipswich council make you wear a mask walking down the High Street too?
  19. Yes of course I would, I’m not a big track snob now. I posted in the Wolves thread that Monmore use to be one of my favourite tracks but in the last 5 years or so it’s gone downhill.
  20. Yes it was mentioned once, not sure why David Rowe couldn’t give the Belle Vue score each time aswell.
  21. The Wolves track is a good shape, and it use to be one of my favourites, when it was prepared well there use to be multiple lines inside and outside and some really good racing. But in the last 5 years or so it’s gone really downhill, racing has gone poor and the number of falls/crash’s have gone up. In the past riders could ride different lines to try and pass each other but now they fighting for the same bit of track, there must be on average 3-4 falls/crashes every meeting last few years.
