  1. Another mid meeting slip up from Belle Vue, I was actually thinking we were going to struggle to win the meeting after heat 11 but pulled it out of the bag towards the end. Surely Wells has to go now.
  2. The very wide outside line by fence hasn't been working so well this year, it has been noticed that the track is being graded differenty this year with the dirt being brought down from the outside presumably at the request of riders/management. The racing got a lot better as the meeting went on, plenty of passing from heat 10 onwards, heat 10 was great race between Ellis and Fricke and again Ellis was involved in heat 12 with Lidsey which was fantastic. Heat 15 had 2 races in one between Fricke & Doyle and Bjerre & Batchelor, it wasn't about the inside, far from it, plenty of times we were shouting that riders weren't ride wide enough and being passed.
  3. Musielak confirmed he dislocated arm and not riding for Swindon
  4. Another annoyance of the Polish federation is making all the Polish riders wear the Polish team kevlars.
  5. Each bike has to have its own transponder so can be easily seen now when a rider changes bikes.
  6. This is ridiculous that Polish league is riding on Friday nights on GP weekend.
  7. Yep got mixed up with Wroclaw meetings. Another Jason, Jason Crump will also be at Belle Vue on Monday!
  8. How stupid is that, it was obvious from before the meeting that track was different to that day. Different riders, different engines need different setups.
  9. He is riding in Poland tomorrow and presumably GP Saturday.
  10. Riding in Poland last year helped a lot.
  11. We’ve had this before with Latvian GP where they got their time zones wrong.
  12. This format really is rubbish. Bring back the World Cup.
  13. Was impressed with him at Belle Vue few weeks ago and even better tonight. Unusual for a young American to do well on these big tracks.
  14. Woffinden didn’t bother practising.
  15. There was overnight rain and track was ripped up this morning making track very grippy to start practise. It slickened off towards end so should be better for tonight. Just hope Phil Morris doesn’t interfere too much as let’s Andy Meredith get in with it when to water etc.
  16. Seems to be a small band of rain just over Peterborough area that should have cleared by now but just seems to be hanging around.
  17. Will be hard trying to find a free Monday and Thursday when either team isn’t riding and to factor in and presume a rearranged meeting won’t have priority over Sweden on a Thursday as well.
  18. Peterborough will be stronger without Bjerre. Belle Vue can improve from last time too, Bewley will score more then 1 he did in his first meeting back last time and Wells can’t do any worst then his 0 last time.
  19. Presume Chris Holder will replace Jason Doyle.
  20. They used that drone at Belle Vue last year and the quality is crap, it might not be too bad used in a replay but not during a live race!
  21. Since last year it’s been tactical substitute from 6 points behind. They heavily watered the track after heat 8 which wasn’t needed as it’s been overcast and cold, since then it’s been all Poole.
  22. That makes them stronger as for some bizarre reason he moved up to 3rd in the averages.
