Needs to be back on mainstream tv now that the BBC and ITV have many more channels. Eurosport and BT sport not doing the sport many favours because it's only a small audience, in comparison, that watches those channels no matter what sport is on. Speedway will be on Dave next!

Did anyone force you make such a ridiculous statement. Folk travel all over to watch speedway even when their team isn't involved like myself because we enjoy the sport. Also without our support many clubs would close. Such as at Newcastle, many people travelled there from all over the UK because they wanted to help save Newcastle. Belle Vue, Sheffield, Wolves, Glasgow, Poole, Plymouth fans were amongst others there who travelled so for you to av a pop at people who travel is down right disgusting, worra dumb nuts! Without these very supportive fans Newcastle speedway may now just be the fog on the Tyne!

Well done to the Diamonds for turning things round against Plymouth and excellent news that ur season is secured. I hope that a good sort out over the winter will bring you many more years of speedway..

On paper Pirates shud av won and if you would like my experience of all things speedway I've been goin for 42 years, travelled the UK & Europe. Bandits did themselves proud & both sides had mixed fortunes with Havvy makin a reet couple of duff calls. Maybe he asked Hume to ride in heat 12, dunno.......riders do turn rides down, dunno. We can be quick to judge before we know the facts. Fair play to The Bandits, I thought we wud win by 10 tonight but we didn't. Move on...........

I see wot you mean. Berwick was bathed in beautiful sunshine as I went thru on the train Just arrived in Bathgate, near Armadale, and it's torrential rain ☔ with sum thunder in the mix as well. Let's hope better luck with Berwick & Newcastle as I'm already travelling up North on the train with accommodation all booked. Hey well it's disappointing but that's the nature of the sport. But then, Berwick av invested in covers to keep meetings on. Cud well need them tomorrow.

I hope Birmingham survive but you do realise that the crowds need to be bigger each week and not just for one night only. Therefore those who went tonight purely to boost the crowd, which is great, need to also go on a regular basis otherwise it's just a false dawn.
