Welcome to Vinnie Foord and all the best to Max. Vinnie is in fine form at NDL level at the moment and the time was right to try someone new before another club snapped him up. Max needs more time to get back into racing after his accident and if it wasn't for that I'm sure he would still be a Pirate. C'mon the Boyzzzz

That is the rumour and I even said at last week's meeting that Vinnie could be worth a shot as I also watch him ride at Leicester. He beat some more established riders at the U21 so as sad as it would be to see Max dropped the need is now to capture Vinnie before another team does.

Tolley/Lindgren I will never ever understand why folk go shouting their mouth off that something is going to happen before it's a done deal! A massive wasp always comes back to bite u on the a*se and leaves ur cheeks very red faced! Then u go on hands & knees begging for forgiveness. Very bad customer service! Very much looking forward to this meeting as I bring with me a mate who is originally from the Bournemouth area but converted to being a Lion! I/we will av to convert him to Pirateism! Shame that it doesn't look like Danny King will be riding as it's always good to see how former riders fair on a return to their old haunt. Sorry to hear the news up at Workington. Lot of hard work put in up at Northside only to see sum mindless folk try & ruin things. Hope all is restored & look forward to seeing the Comets back on track. Looking forward to my visit in July with the Pirates.
