German Gp Any One Going
Hazzman replied to eric i's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
I think they geniunely predict the allocation wrongly. Give them to See Tickets now or 2 weeks ago would have been a nightmare with the post etc. -
German Gp Any One Going

Message I received off IMG this morning Thank you for your email regarding tickets for the German SGP. The see tickets allocation has sold out, however we have just released more tickets through VELTINS-Arena in blocks X and Y. You can purchase these tickets via the German website www.germansgp.de <http://www.germansgp.de/> It is in German, however it is still quite easy to navigate your way around the site. Click on the ticket shop link and you will be directed to the VELTINS-Arena site where tickets in block X and Y are available for purchase. This is in reference to the £30 tickets -
Cheers - I wanted to see how far it was from the Polonia Stadium.

It's the hotel from hell I stayed in on the extreme outskirts of Bydgoszcz

Polish Ekstraliga 2nd September
Hazzman replied to Mateusz's topic in International World of Speedway
They won at ZG! They will have to do it again. Missed Emil today! A very quick round-up of the scores Wroclaw 44 Torun 45 Rzeszow 42 (Nicholls in very poor form) Leszno 48 Bydgoszcz 44 Zielona Gora 46 -
Yes I have. Of people constantly putting the boot in and once again asking Sub's opinion. He's clarified it enough yet seemingly posters come back for more.
-
I can't believe anyone could say that at this point when Bydgoszcz and Krsko are still to come...two tracks which Gollob has performed well on in past seasons, Jagus came 4th at Byd last season and Hampel a semi-finalists at both tracks. It's not a case of 'who could do better', it's about being right and proper. That's the argument. Some have pinpointed it towards Nicholls yet everyone forgots Sub's suggestion to exclude Lindback as well.

Polish Ekstraliga 2nd September

Bydgoszcz must stay top flight! I hope Rzeszow win the play-offs...been watching some stuff from there in the playoffs - what a cracking track and team they have. -
Latvia have a contract now until 2009. According to SS, big changes expected in terms of schedule.
-
I think it will trouble him actually - he's never rode there before. Bydgoszcz is much more than throttle and all outside. It's about creating the angle for speed. His engines may be too underpower but if he gets if right, should be a good sight.

You can't tell that some of the Brits on here though. British League is after all no.1 league in the world.

Marek Cieslak - National Polish Coach - Resigns!

My Grandad does that! -
Is Rzeszow track any good? It seems to me that Polsat have a liking for it and some reports I heard of meeting on there are positive.
-
Yes but it's being knocked down or so I was informed. Espanyol the sole tenant are building a new ground - might not be that site. Anyone what goes that neck of Barcelona. Go further up the hill and look at the view. Amazing.

I don't think the fans are questioning his ability as a rider. More his attitude to a fellow team-mate what's just bust his arm in a collision with him.

Best Gp Race Of All Time?

Rune Holta - Wroclaw -
You can add Maillila to the list of defo's. Read yesterday they have got one GP left on their contract.

Not many people at his old club Belle Vue get on with him. Can be bit of a sulk.

Individual Speedway Polish Championship

Averaging 8.13 in Liga 1 for Lublin. Sticks to lower league Swedish stuff with the odd appearance in the Danish League. Absolute unknown, who won the semi-final coming in as a meeting reserve when someone pulled out the week before. -
Best Gp Race Of All Time?
Hazzman replied to 21st century heathen's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Yes the infamous move where everyone is thinking 'Where the f**k is Gollob going?'' and off he goes to China and back picking up loads of speed and then pips Nilsen on the line. In some respects that race is more about the occasion and if I am not mistaken it's probably Gollob highest ever point - he was doing superbly well in the grand scale of things and I think many after that night thought Gollob was set to be World Champion. In the same element, Harris's move and race is all about the circumstance. Britain having a very barren run for a GP winner in front of the biggest crowd for a long time in Britain. I remember watching Gollob in 2003 Bydgoszcz. First year I started watching Speedway, I was utterly amazed. Last year's heat with Jagus, Adams, Hampel and Jonsson was great. -
Individual Speedway Polish Championship

Had a shocker in the Semi's - One point from 3 and he withdrew. -
He had a bit of a baby's strop in the Semi-Final. Scored 1 point. First ride - Last Second ride - Engine Failure Third ride - 1 pt Withdrew bemoaning his motors.

Something Cegleski recently mentioned? To be a world champion, you can't be an angel on a bike.
-
Sub, this vendetta is becoming unhealthy. Take a step back, I think you have been overly harsh on him in the last 18 months - IMO he's a decent rider who used to have a knack of doing something quite entertaining on a bike but sadly he's became a bit of bully who bulldozers himself around. Although his recent from has impressed me. He's a worthy addition to the GP circus - he rightly takes advantage of the system which double his income for the year. It's the system what's wrong - no need for a modern-day scapegoat.
