I am currently trying to compose a World Rankings system but finding it hard to 'level' points system. Either option I choose, the system will damned because of BSI's selective choosing. -

SS confirms that Wroclaw and Bydgoszcz are on the calendar for next year. -
I thought it was a Craven Shield meeting at first but I was wrong. I still feel the KO Cup is diluted and not a good product. SVEMO despite all this should take the first choice of riders, its a league championship.
-
I think SVEMO will claim more importance to this meeting than any Mickey Mouse Cup. Will the meetings still be on TV4 meaning online coverage? Just watching the first leg, Thomas H. Jonasson is a superb rider, he is probably the best team rider I have seen this year.

Thats not how Football fans in UK work we prefer to see our teams go down the league. Cough***Nottingham Forest in League 1***

Not the words that the Polonia fans want to hear.

All the details are on in the International forum. It would be kind if a mod would move them. GP is there in 2008 and 2009. What I have seen a very unique and interesting track. -

I am sure Bydgoszcz sign a contract securing GP racing till 2009. -
I understand, next week is the race-off between Apator Torun v Intar Ostrow, although it may appear pointless as Torun are heavy in debt. How the Polonia fans smile at the demise of their rivals.

Bydgoszcz Gp Chat Thread

Nicholls will be there next season, no doubt despite his constant mistakes and promises unfuilled. What was he doing in his 4th ride? What a GP though! The track looked very slick but I feared the worse but the racing lines and incredible shape of Mecca Zuzel took over. Heat 7 was incredible, Jonsson 4th to 1st, Hampel 1st to 4th to 2nd. Gollob on the Semi-Final! Where was he going? He aimed for row 3 on the first turn, hit the boards. Heat 18 was also superb, Nicholls with his terrible machinery was made to look a fool by Jonsson and Gollob's barge forward. Jagus was a relevation, hes far better than Chranowski, a superb little rider who I look forward to watching ride. Zagar impressed again, a first visit to Bydgoszcz can be daunting for a young lad. Pedersen untouchable. Gollob, retiring? No! No! No!, Please dont Tomasz, what a racer, what a rider, what a personality. Jonsson messed up in the semi-final, I like his racing style and desire to win, he's superb, rode like a league meeting, my Uncle reckons he's just like Mike Lee. I am gobsmacked by a tour de force GP. It was like a Speedway orgasm. Made me want to get a train to P'boro ready for Monday's meeting. Millard what a tool! Final, 'Here Comes Jagus, Jagus, Jagus!'. My reply was 'Hancocks wearing blue, Jagus is wearing red'. Next season's line-up will have some painful cuts, I feel poor Bjarne Pedersen will be the rider to be dropped. 'What A Meeting! What A Night!' as I ran home to my brother to say Millard's phrase from watching it round my Uncles. Sky's other mistake is Why dont be there live? The meeting comes across a whole lot more better when they are there. They are missing an opportunity with Bydgoszcz. -
Bydgoszcz Practice

Probably like last year, the track looks marvellous than the all-dancing and blunding Mr.Olsen comes along. 'Oooh, lets turn into concrete lads' 'Alright, Mr.Olsen. As long as we get paid well' Worker to fellow worker 'His track prep may work in Vojens, its doesnt work here, you see meetings around here for league meetings, its incredible' Worker replies 'Yes, now if only Mr.Olsen was ended up presenting Come Dancing we would be alright' 'Or if Nicki Pedersen send him in hospital with two broken legs' 'Dont worry Tomasz will anywhere, we are only making good racing for the also-rans' -

British Selection For 2007
Hazzman replied to Gaz W's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Vargarna's team was restricted by lack of funds and Rynbik were placed in E-liga with two weeks to go. If you take 5th team in the various league there is the difference. Drop a cog apart from Richardson and Davidsson, name some other riders that do better in the foreign leagues than the EL. Heres another great thinker, Magnus Karlsson rides at reserve for Wolves rideS for a first division club in Sweden, Jepser B.Jensen heat leader at P'boro rides in the Polish First Division, Shields heat-leader at Eastbourne rides in Polish First Division. If these EL heatleaders were any good than why didnt the big Polish clubs select them for their team?? Kristian-Iversen is a 3rd heatleader in UK, hes at reserve for his Swedish club. The Harris V Stead scoreline was subjective, according to opinion. My opinion stands one way a neutal one aswell and yours is bound to be skewed with your Belle Vue leanings. -

The scoreline is subjective. But I used the example of Crump and I knew your reply would be in relation to him living in the UK. Alright then what about Niels Kristian-Iversen. He's not based one country, hes a Dane so does have any particular alliance with the three countries. Poland - 1.698 per ride UK - 1.989 per ride Sweden - 1.762 per ride I could repeat the same with a few other Danes. Why does PUK find GB easier? -

So because SS says it's the truth. Hampel should of won in Cardiff if it wasnt for a mistake by Hancock and hes also been in finals with that. In claim of a GP Wildcard we shall consider, now lets take away the matter of importance (I still believe Elitserien and E-Liga are stronger than the Elite, you didnt answer my question about why Crump scores more points per ride in Uk than Poland - Past GP outings STEAD - Past SWC Outings HARRIS - Meetings of International Calibre HARRIS - Elite League STEAD - Elitserien HARRIS - E-Liga HARRIS Harris 4-2 Forgot averages to prove which is the stronger league. But look at points per ride Crump @ UK - 2.82 Crump @ Poland - 2.66 Crump @ Sweden - 2.40 Why does Crump find it easier to score points in UK than in Poland and Swedish League? The answer is easier, the opposition is far more competitive abroad. The stats dont lie. -

It proves that the EL (according to your way of thinking) is now weaker than Poland and Sweden. Meaning the Polish and Swedish averages in comparison carry the same/if not more leverage to Harris for a wildcard. Drop a cog, you are refuse to acknowledge other people comments and facts which are being provided. It's a very shortened argument you hold. To argue your case of Stead riding at no.1 for Belle Vue, Harris currently rides no.1 for his Polish team aswell. Stead rides at no.3 for his Polish club and struggles somewhat. His recent 2+1 outing is just an example view.
