Not great advert for British speedway that. Long delays, constant 2 riders on the trot, tapes going up not even close to even and then 2 heats short because of a curfew. Any first time/ casual viewers will long have switched off

"Test match" not being shown in BSN. I'm in shock -
I hope you're right. We're very Jekyll and Hyde at the moment. Looking forward to it on the BSN tomorrow night so hope we don't bring the Glaswegian rain with us
-
Yes that's true. Not the kind of thing I think would bother Richard. Does crowds giving riders grief ever result in anything other than said rider having a good day?
-
We won't take anything from that meeting then. Significantly strengthens the glads IMO. Son of God may be an improvement on cookies recent form but think the top 4 for Plymouth be too strong

KO cup fixtures didn't count when those pesky bandits stole bellego from us in 2012

Not doubt about it. Just querying when it changed

Wasn't Shanes brought in for Jenkins when he was given Peterborough job? I know Leon had to give up bullets place last season when signed for wolves. Speedway, who can follow it

Leicester Lions 2022 Line up

Here's my cynical view of the about to come speedway merry-go-round. Kyle Newman has a mystery illness to avoid difficult trips to Edinburgh and Glasgow for which could've reduced his July average to prevent Starkey coming in to replace him. The young lad Killeen will need to replace Josh McDonald in order to fit Starke in, thus freeing him up to take Rowe's place with Leicester in July as his average will apparently be over 4. Newman then probably go to Redcar, or in desperation at recent result Poole bring him in. I know not all specific to Leicester but the intrigue in whose replacing Rowe made me choose this thread -
I see Jason Edwards in mildenhall side today, I thought now he's signed for KL as rising star couldn't ride all 3 leagues anymore?
-
Pickering and masters ride in Poland, even if Edinburgh did repeat the shawfield mistake of the past it would be minus those 2 I'm afraid
-
My memory was elite league, turns out was premier.
-
Yup. If had told me then he'd won a GP I'd called you a liar lol. Was entertaining enough but think averaged about 5

First Glasgow asset/ former rider to win a GP since they replaced the world finals? Where's the statto's?

We do seem to be collecting assets with potential in Brennan and basso. Throw in Anders Thomsen not a bad start to prem team building -
I thought foreign riders couldn't fall below their assessed averages now? So even if rides his 8th or 12th match or whatever he'll still be on 5.00 and not eligible to drop to reserve? Josh McDonald been on 4.00 for years but true average always been below that

Just the knee, wrist and shoulder injuries for cookie. As has been said before might be best rest for the southern tour -

Very good performance, not going to get carried away as it's a team with patchy ashfield records at best. Howarth definitely a different rider this season. Ben basso again though. Rest those ribs now young man!!! -
