    I don’t get the people that seem to think Chris is obligated to run Ipswich speedway, he’s done more than enough and is well within his rights to move it on, from a financial perspective he’s probably wishing he did it a couple of years ago.

    It’s a bit of a chicken or egg situation but when we’re down to a 5 team league it’s hard for there to be much confidence and importantly financial backing into bringing back one of the recently demised clubs.

    Even if they manage to scrabble something together regarding a league for 2026 how are you even supposed to build a team when riders are securing alternative employment overseas now because of the ongoing limbo?

    Not expecting much racing wise but glad we’ve not had a grand final impacted by weather.

    For all the shiny tv presentations etc it seems like a few of these Polish clubs are built on sand like foundations.
