  1. Very short odds on favourite to be at Ipswich imo going by my draft sheet. Rew as the No.6 makes all the sense in the world imo.
  2. Ipswich imo as the No.6. We'll be look for riders on 6+ to fill the engine room.
  3. British Speedway doesn't have the resources to get all of the top riders over. It's tough to run a break-even Speedway business over here. Most fans are loyal O.A.P fans with barely any new fans turning out, When the younger fans do turn out something farcical normally happens on the night to stop them returning again. Poland pour money into Speedway because they're not good at any other sport as a collective group. Sweden are the same. Where's over here we have many sporting talents and Speedway is way down the pecking order unfortunately behind Cricket, Darts, Football, Rugby etc. just to name a few.
  4. Can only be Swedish if Flappy is right. He'll do Denmark to keep his sponsors happy imo and he's already back at Lodz in Poland.
  5. I'd go with NKI personally unless a top GP rider made himself available. Only rider outside of the GP series that I'd swap NKI for is Kenneth Bjerre tbh because he's a proven power scorer around Peterborough too.
  6. It just looks very bad on paper and it's hard to imagine anyone else producing a weaker team at this stage. TJ had a Championship average that was much lower than the converted Premiership average that Berwick had to sign him on. How long will Schlein take to dial in again? No power at reserve either.
  7. I understand the worry regarding NKI's injury record as of late but you won't see many riders putting in higher scores than NKI around Peterborough. To ensure we have a strong home record in 2022 then NKI is one of those riders that we need in the side imo because he'll be good for 10+ a meeting at Home if you give him 5 rides. We can't afford to lose Home meetings next season with the way teams are being built across the league. For example you can't see BV, Leicester, Sheffield or Wolves losing at Home with their rumoured line-ups. Only real chance of teams winning away from home will be at KL and Ipswich imo so any Home defeat would be a big blow.
  8. A change or two will happen after TJ gets a proper Championship average again imo. One of the 2.00 pointers will go for someone on a 4+ for sure imo.
  9. Justin Sedgmen would fit but I can't see him being the No.6.
  10. Their was some earlier rumours about Nick Morris joining Ipswich. With Schlein's return to British Speedway and rumours of R. Worrall being Leicester's No.4 that would free up N. Morris to look for a new club So how about this team? I'm only using realistic riders though who are likely to sign or be available to sign. 1. Jason Doyle 10.32 (Signed already according to PGE Ekstraliga app) 2. Troy Batchelor 5.57 (Highly likely to sign considering he won the award for most BP's at Ipswich and the fact he normally does a good job when partnered with JD) 3. Danny King 6.40 (Never leaving the club imho) 4. Erik Riss 6.00 (A lock to return as a solid engine room rider on that average imo) 5. Nick Morris 6.48 (Was the early rumour a few weeks back) 6. Jake Allen 4.00 (Done a really good job the last time he rode for Ipswich) 7. RS = 38.77
  11. Which team do you prefer as I think one of these will be your team? Team A Masters, Becker, Schlein, Douglas, S. Worrall, 4.00 Aussie & Flint Team B Masters, Becker, N. Morris, Douglas, S. Worrall, H. Andersen & Flint Team C Masters, Becker, 6.31, Douglas, S. Worrall, Nicholls & Flint
  12. If Schlein is in. 1. Sam Masters 8.00 2. Steve Worrall 6.13 3. Rory Schlein 6.96 4. Ryan Douglas 6.31 5. Luke Becker 7.11 6. 4.49 7. Leon Flint (RS)
  13. Would have to guess the No.6 would be one of the Aussie Cook brothers if Schlein is the No.3
  14. Very likely one of Hans Andersen, Scott Nicholls or Rory Schlein is at Peterborough now. Maybe even two of them as a worst case scenario (Hope not) If Wolves sign Schlein then neither Andersen or Nicholls would fit at No.6 for them. If Wolves sign Andersen or Nicholls then Schlein wouldn't fit in their septet.
  15. Rory Schlein has signed for Berwick. Please sign him CVS.
  16. @PhilTheAce spot on as per usual regarding Schlein. Have you got any other Panthers news to share Phil?
  17. Rory Schlein signs for Berwick which means he'll probably end up signing for Peterborough too imo.
  18. Tbf Young Flint is still a teenager so for that reason alone it's the right call to have him on the RS list.
  19. Doubt Lindgren will ride over here again considering his long covid issues. Doesn't even do the Swedish league either now.
  20. Hume is a red herring for sure imo because the math doesn't add up here. 1. 10.88 or 10.38 (Wouldn't need that many points for a No.1 because nobody's average gets close to it other than Doyle and he's signed for Ipswich again) 2. Ben Cook 3.50 or 4.00 (Thrown in at the deep end having to ride in the 1-5 with no top league experience wouldn't make sense imo) 3. Chris Holder 7.16 4. Benjamin Basso 6.81 5. Niels-Kristian Iversen 7.59 6. Danyon Hume 3.06 (26 years of age now so wouldn't qualify as a RS under the current rules unless they get changed) 7. Jordan Jenkins (RS)
