Leicester Lions vs Oxford Spires - Thu 10th July
TTT replied to SuperStarsFan91's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
He went missing against top class opposition far too often last season away from home. This year he's consistently good everytime he takes to a Premiership track no matter who the opposition is. -

What a ride by Fricke, He's morphed into a proper out and out No.1 this season. -
Ipswich Witches v Belle Vue 10th July
TTT replied to blue witch's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Flawless performance from Danny King last night, Ipswich dodged a bullet in Keynan Rew. Belle Vue winning nothing as long as Tate Zischke is @ No.6, Tate can't ride Ipswich or Leicester (2 Play-Off Tracks) so I've got no idea why they haven't made a change tbh. -
Great news, Hopefully everything goes well for the Comets going forward.

Is It Finally Time For One League?
TTT replied to TheSmiler's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
They've got no choice if it's a weaker product. If fans aren't paying £20+ to watch GP/Ekstraliga riders then they certainly won't pay £20+ to watch a league meeting that features none of them. -
Is It Finally Time For One League?

I hope so, 5 Man Teams with cheaper prices is the only way forward, Maybe still get some Ekstraliga 2 Riders over here but no GP boys or riders like Sayfutdinov, Janowski etc. -

Good job that the Howarth/Wright partnership hasn't clicked from an Ipswich perspective. -

Gate 1 is a massive advantage now. Spires have the choice in Heat 15. -

Doyle & Emil will be favourites to get a couple of Heat Advantages in 13 & 15 so Oxford need to take advantage of Heats 12 & 14. -

Agree, I thought it was a 60/40 Meeting on paper in favour of Ipswich. I'm not sure the Oxford circuit suits Magic tbh because apart from one small spell during a good run of form, He's genuinely struggled at Home for the best part of 1 and a Half season's now. -

Was never going to work out well riding in 3 Leagues, Impossible to put a good Premiership side together unless they took a massive financial loss. -

Erik Riss should sue whatever Government that brainwashed him into getting vaccinated. Hope Erik gets some positive news in Switzerland. -

Yeah it's really bad tonight tbh. -
Belle Vue v Birmingham Monday 7th July PL2
TTT replied to Brummies_Ste's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
This sort of stuff is just indefensable, Every Worky ride banned from earning a living apart from Zischke. The riders shouldn't be punished, Vuolas should be taking things further tbh. -
Think Workington need to own up here and come out with the truth because staying silent is just making things a whole lot worse.

Why isn't Vuolas aloud to guest? Surely it's restriction of trade. -

Hope Edwards is a full time Witch, The likeable young lad deserves a break from having to ride Perry Barr on a regular basis. Good things come to those who wait. -
Only Premiership line-up King's Lynn could've had without having to book a Championship rider to guest who doesn't have a Premiership team place. 1. Iversen 2. R/R 3. Kemp (G) 4. Lawson 5. Harris 6. Klindt 7. Scott (RS) I wouldn't bother running either and I'd gladly take all of the backlash for it if I was in Buster's position.
-
Why should King's Lynn run at a financial loss by putting out a weakened team? Promoters are trying to run a business that's already non-profitable for most. It's not Buster's fault that a throttle jockey (Ben Cook) cba to show up for a job that he signed up for, No guarantee Jan Kvech would've taken part either due to him being brainwashed by Piotr Baron who thinks he's Mr. Know it all. Potentially 2 Guests needed with Belle Vue v Birmingham and Oxford v Ipswich also taking place on Monday would leave Leicester riders to choose from. Fricke, Masters and Douglas don't fit, Becker is injured and Howarth is guesting for Oxford. So the only Premiership option on the table would be Kemp 4.00 for Cook 6.04 as well as R/R for Kvech if he was a no show which is probably the case otherwise this meeting would've went ahead imo with R/R just in place of Ben Cook. This situation reeks of the Tarasenko situation last year, The last thing we need is anymore British clubs futures being plunged into doubt due to Mickey takers like Ben Cook.
