They are both top riders who averages are good in the Ekstraliga in Poland. If I was a Brum fan I’d be happy with the team lots of potential
-
2 good heatleaders will make the team competitive. I think they can win home meetings no problem. When they go Sheffield, Ipswich, BV they need Cook, Brennan to step it up or they’ll get hit for 60 everywhere they go

Zagar and Pawlicki to complete the team?

2024 Premiership Predictions
Manifesto replied to StarBoy's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
1. Sheffield - such a strong 7 for Owlerton I just can’t see them losing out on any bonus point. 2. BV - Young team who I can see really clicking together, Ben Cook very good signing. Bailey could put 2 points on his average. 3. Oxford - solid team. If Janowski rides like a number 1 they will be up there 4. Ipswich - slightly better team than last season, Emil and Doyle will see them comfy at home. Ellis is the key rider. 5. KL - much improved on last year, Tobi is a proper number 1 and they look good enough to win at home, away might be struggling. 6. Leicester - Wolves riders will not fair as well as they did last year. Similar to the stars can see them getting a pasting away. 7. Brum - could be lacking some serious firepower at the top end of the team. Big signing is needed -
Connor Bailey has potential to step up like Brennan did a couple of years back. As for rest of team as you were.. which is still a good team and I think will finish top 4 no problem
-
Such a difficult team to judge, full of riders who can go and score well on any away track, If they want to do well they cannot carry anyone. Tungate and Janowski the key riders for me, if they have good seasons they will win the league

Ipswich Witches 2024 serious team predictions
Manifesto replied to SuperStarsFan91's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Your right, if the Oxford team rumour is true we could be struggling to defend our title -
It will be a very competitive league. I would put Pickering on the same level as Klindt.. he’s probably better than Charles Wright. As a 7v7 it’s a very exciting prospect I’m looking forward to a stronger premiership

King’s Lynn 2024 serious team predictions
Manifesto replied to SuperStarsFan91's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I think it’s a team that will be strong at home once seasons kicked in. I think Basso will kick on this year and end up riding at no5 -
What average would Dudek come in on?
-
Obviously first and foremost as a fan you want success and wins for your team. But I am very glad to see 2 young brits given the chance to ride with 5 top riders who will pass knowledge on, and it is a positive move for British speedway. Woffy and Jack two great showman of the sport, both ride Owlerton so well and most away tracks they will rack up the wins. you wouldn’t fancy us to do so well at Ipswich but the larger tracks yes. Josh Pickering the key signing for me, after a bad shoulder injury he got better each month, this is the year I think he will really push on and become that 8 point rider
-
Think Pickering and C Holder could be the key riders, both at times look top class they need to go to away tracks and back Woffy and Jack up. Keep things close away I have every faith we will win plenty of aggregate points with strong home form
-
Gilkes and Edwards can hold their own at Owlerton it’s away we will be vunerable.. big shame we couldn’t fit Etheridge in at 6
-
Unfortunately injuries are part of the sport, Tai, Jack and Tobi all suffered season ending injuries for us in so hopefully luck will be on our side in 2024
-
If we end up with Pickering and Howarth in a strong top 5 could well end up with Gilkes and Edwards at reserve
-
Anyone know what average Jye Etheridge come in at?
-
These are just pics from 2023 season?
-
Coming into the team last year off a very bad injury Chris was class round Owlerton, with his brother in the team can see him gaining a lot of confidence back and riding at a even higher level
-
Correct this team does not fit. Lawson for C Holder?
-
Good to see Oxford in the top flight.. if the team rumoured is true possible title winners
-
As expected, 2 great riders who are close to unbeatable at home. Great start
-
If the points limit is 41 this will be the team.. can’t see many teams getting close to that top 5 around Owlerton. I would go with Edwards as RS though he just showed abit more than Gilkes for me
-
Very tough decision, probably came down to Woffy been cheaper than Tobi and he rode so well for us they probably think he can improve his average. Jack Holder absolute class on his day no denying it, was only Emil averaging more before his injury
-
Can’t see it myself. Much as I love watching Bomber race just not type of rider we usually sign. If 41 for top 6 riders is the limit could be a very strong league. Holder, Woffy, Picko, Howarth I reckon are certs. Would go with Ben Basso and Zach Cook if that is correct to finish off a good looking team. Rising star got to be Edwards
