Premiership 2027 - Are You Interested??
CTRSports replied to Daniel Smith's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
When you say I you mean we will still attend. The Premier league will unfortunately have to be watered down to encourage 2 clubs to come up The championship then needs to be watered down and some how incorporate some of the development league Not sure Mayfield like it, unless they are able to help the sport source a big TV deal I personally still feel an extended British Championship is most likely to attract new fans to a one-off big meeting than a local club has of attracting a new fan to be a regular -
But my names not Iain though?

You'd be oh so privileged to be me, or are you already me, so much accusation I am starting to question who I even am anymore, hard to see my true reflection through these tear filled forum eyes
-
Feel free to find it odd, I very rarely post anything on these forums, often just read them as you will know, the decline on this forum has caught up with the decline of the sport itself. As for your expectations, fair enough we'll agree to disagree, perhaps Mayfield were trying to stay loyal, if you're genuinely looking to 2027 and riders are watching, would many be keen if they are making multiple changes in their debut season? Sticking with Brennan who will drop his average this year to nicely fit in next year and not at no.1 etc all you're doing is suffering for a season ie a transitional year before competing again You may even win the league cup against my beloved lions

Uppa lions yeehah!

Anyone can make a comparison to make them look 'right' comparing Mr Hellstrom-Bangs and an undercooked Steak is a little wild. Lets see though... Has the Chef purposely undercooked a steak, probably not, you either get to speak to a manager or waitress, you probably get an apology and the correct thing, and it doesn't always mean the experience is wholly negative and overall if its not negative you dont go home and post a negative review. Did Mr Hellstrom-Bangs purposely score low for the Witches, again probably not, were there other things at hand that saw him perform poorly, probably so An under cooked steak or raw steak vs what you ordered is clear to understand how and why, the issues Mr Hellstrom-Bangs had isn't clear to YOU but you could have tried to speak to him or the management maybe to understand But instead you just complained about his performances online, and ultimately you got what you wanted with him being replaced but the club didn't do it for you or coz of your opinion. You do realise that your club almost didn't come to the tapes this year so current team, manager etc that you say is not as good was probably never going to be Its called unfortunately "transition" and judge it for how it is this year but at least be realistic with your expectation, that expectation has been set by Mayfield quite clearly but it seems some fans expectations are far too high for what has been clearly stated. 2027 is and always has been since Mayfield walked through the door the season to truly judge them and build an expectation, not sure if it was yourself or someone else, but someone said 2027 Mayfield have to produce a GP level no.1, bit demanding ain't it, they could put together a solid side without a GP no.1 As for all the other BS regarding accounts etc whatever you wish to believe then believe, if you need to research a users posts etc then go for it just a complete waste of your time and there are better things to do with life, all we have is time

You don't always tell it how it is, and how it is, is not always factual you're telling it how it is from your own view which can sometimes be right or wrong factually, opinion wise its neither as its your own opinion. Sometimes you hammer home an opinion based on an outcome i.e. the Heat 15, I doubt that opinion would have existed if Ipswich got the points? Always easier to shoot someone down after an event had occurred rather than give a fair opinion to compare before the event took place Maybe Thursday you can give us some live forum updates on what you would do regarding H15 before Hurry makes his own choices, compare then With your own personal views if the season has been negative ie overall performance, live event entertainment, track etc knock yourself out with what you're doing as points are valid on an individual basis As for IainB never met the fella if he does indeed identify as one

100% people love to criticise if it doesn't go their way and nobody knows whats actually going on "live" in the moment in the pits. People love to criticise, makes them feel like they know best or could do better.
-
Its only ever "constructive" when others call you out on it, as you back track on how you meant your statement, you're one of those that feel you have some form of entitlement based on a few seasons of recent success. And I'll stay on here thank you, you need people like me reading your nonsense otherwise you'll end up on here by yourself arguing.
-
What a load of rubbish I'm reading from so called supporters and giving opinions after an event is pointless The outcome of Heat 15 could have been the same with a different rider line up, so easy to critique once you know the outcome Jog. On.
-
Anyone got any idea what average Batch is on in both championship and premiership?
-
LOL Rob B is a Kn0b
-
I think it will be the introduction of a national league side to bring on younger riders. The announcement will be to gauge feedback from fans to see if people will come to watch it
-
Just out of interest To get Doyle back in, which two would you have dropped out And who else would sign with Jason? A couple of comments on here are laughable from "fans"
-
Philip will 100% be back at Foxhall this Thursday Apart from "seeming to try" what are peoples expectations for his scoring this season?
-
Mayfield are also responsible for there being Speedway at Foxhall and you don't always know the ins and outs of what is going on behind the scenes The lad has only rode a handful meetings and looked quite stylish at home scoring 5+2 on his debut which was a reasonable return, 3+1 away at Lynn was poor but same meeting Kvech only scored 3+1 too, and Belle Vue away was disappointing 1+1 Still a young man finding his feet riding in the UK for the first time, he really needs some home meetings on a decent track to get his confidence up for the away trips as most circuits he'll have very limited time on, I think fans calling for him to be sacked so early need to reel it in a little bit
-
55 vs 35 revised prediction
-
Going for a narrow 47-43 win for the Witches, think the Foxes will put up a good fight at Foxhall Looking forward to after the meeting watching some laps being spun by some young guns
-
Maybe Zagar for Klindt when he's fit to return then its a case of seeing how NKI gets on
-
Possibly could look at Jeppeson, Allen, Kerr and maybe even Cook I think they'll need to stick with Lidsey but maybe with Thomson showing some good signs Jeppeson could be a good switch for Batch with Klindt not far away unless he performs better and quick
