Six years old, so should be re-assessed as a newcomer per the scale.
-
https://britishspeedway.co.uk/wsra-ndl/2025-ndl-ndt-rider-eligibility/ Rather convoluted - It feels like some guys got together decided who they wanted to be eligible and then wrote the rule to give the desired outcome,
-
I'd guess five, with Perry (he's got a place for definite), Hodder, James, Spencer and Scott seeming the most likely candidates.
-
Yes they are absolutely huge compared to the original track at Pinjar Park ð
-
Not yet, but probably is better when you adjust for age and experience [he averaged more than Gilkes,Flint and Rowe in the Polish under 24 league, and all are at LEAST five years older]
-
3 years - 2014, 2023 and 2024. But at 37 he looks the perfect standard bearer for Poole's youth policy. ðĪŠ

An exciting line-up with some surprises. I can see thee Cheetahs having two 5pt + reserves by mid-season (most likely Killeen and Knudsen). It does beg the question what now for Scott (Nicholls) and Scott (Jody).
-
I suspect Kentbourne wanted a 'short' season and were happy with this arrangement. Had they (or Mildenhall) wanted a longer season they could probably have reconfigured the set up to accommodate them.
-
But how would you get Nicholls back in without major surgery to the team?
-
It would mean more travelling for the riders as instead of two local (ish) home tracks riders would have one in each region.
-
Lee Harrison, Harrison Ryan and Joe Crewe all rode in the British under 19 so should be NDL eligible. Add Billy Budd. Fairly sure Bovingdon, Binns, Martyn and Fletcher are too young. Ryan Ingram is another rider to keep an eye on , not sure of his age though.

A Development thought for 2025!

So basically reintroducing the old Conference League & Trophy set up. [But no doubt we'll be told it is the dawn of an exciting new era!] -
A bit harsh, just behind Flint and above Gilkes. If he matches Gilkes in Championship I'm sure the Comets will be happy. I agree he doesn't look like he's set for the stellar career that Zischke could potentially have but still a worthwhile signing PS Ben Cook was 23 when he made his Poole debut. Seems to have done OK!
-
Given he only rode in the Croatian GP last season (and wasn't injured), semi retired seems a fairly good description.
-
4.08 from reserve to 5.51 mainly in the top 5 is a huge jump. You are doing Pearson a disservice.
-
I'm sure Aces would have given us Phil Disney as a consolation signing.
-
From people who can count.
-
Last rode in 2019 (bar the odd one-off in minor meetings)
-
They barely rode last winter, but Jye Etheridge and James Pearson I'd say, so I think around 4.5 would be a reasonable expectation.
-
Przedpelski? Henning Bager? Ilya Bondarenko?
-
I think that's wildly out. His last season as an under 16 rider was 2016/17. I think 2001 is more likely, which would make him 24 at the start of next season. And all the evidence I have seen suggests that Zaine is the better rider.

For the full 'Oxford feel' you'll need to replace Kvech mid-season with Simon Lambert. ð
-
Clearly on decline shockingly only number one in the away averages for the entire league this season ð
-
First half of 2024 averaged 4.84 (mainly at reserve) Second half averaged 6.36 (mainly at no 2)
