  1. I can do updates via txt or some other instant messenger if you wish (assuming there is reasonable signal at EoEA). It'll be the first time I've done it for about 15 years! Same old number...
  2. Woffinden's form is a concern with GP's approaching. Heat 2 was the highlight... not the best of meetings. Any of the others worth catching up on if I can find them.on YouTube?
  3. Gdansk, ugh. Beautiful city, bit too touristy for me. but... Worst. Track. In. Poland.
  4. Got my ticket, have been told I need to stand on the 3/4 bends... I remember having a drink in the bar on bend 3 a long... long time ago, but the bar was shut on my recent visits. Not sure I've stood there? I assume the view overlooks the pits? Is the bar still shut? Predictions? Decent pub for food in the area?
  5. Thanks, don't have problem wearing a mask, pretty much used to it now.
  6. I'll try the Cookoo thanks, I intend to be at the stadium fairly early. I'm surprised I haven't been told where to stand.. unlike at Owlerton! (later in the week). Or maybe I have and haven't read the ticket properly. I'll try the grandstand if I can. When I visited 30 odd years ago I don't think my father & I were allowed in the grandstand, but I could be wrong.
  7. Wasn't really looking, on holiday! So halving the field each round?
  8. Is that legal in the second tier... Average wise?
  9. So this will be my first visit to EoEA as an adult... As (maybe) just a teen I visited the EoESg !! Only to be generally disappointed with every Cradley rider on show that day. Other than Brandon & Monmore I'd not seen them away from Dudley Wood before. So what should I expect? I hope the roads have improved. Will need dinner in a local establishment. Any recommendations? I have assumed the Tigers of Owlerton will give the Panthers something to worry about more than Hamill, Hancock & Handberg did in the very early 90's.
  10. AFAIK. Good start for both Brits, Bewley's heat was tougher & he got a bit lucky, missed the gate, cut back while the other 3 tripped over each other. Dunno what happened between Milik & Lebedevs.
  11. Why no Lambert? Due to SEC at Bydgoszcz the previous night? I assume it's Jakub Miskowiak, his Swedish debut?
  12. I really enjoyed that. Fair play to Becker & Douglas for giving the Panthers some competition. B*yawn*e's adoption of Miedzinski light team riding tactics makes him more interesting to watch.
  13. Draw should see FZG tenure in Ekstraliga confirmed for 2022. Grudziadz need to beat Torun at home in a few weeks to have any hope. Can see Torun getting something out of Lublin's visit the following week which could see them safe anyway.
  14. Start martial didn't help situation, could have distracted Dudek & Pedersen while at tapes. All 4 back.
  15. Another big call for ref, initially I thought Pedersen missed the gate do drove straight into Zagar but less sure after seeing the replays.
  16. Big call from referee, don't think Protasiewicz did much wrong, but his foot rest did shed Pawlicki's chain
  17. If Grudziadz don't win they're as good as relegated. Been a bit unlucky, the two reruns went against them. Can't believe Dudek & Zagar in same heat.
  18. Nominations for last 2 heats makes it advantage FZG, as they nominate second. Grudziadz need a heat advantage but only Pedersen looks capable of winning a heat. FZG manager gets this wrong he should resign.
  19. All level now, not the most entertaining of meetings from Grudziadz but getting tense. Home team need Pedersen to be unbeaten for the rest of the meeting but Zagar looks quick. Allot riders having trouble as bend 1 becomes bend 2.
