Hope you do Joanne then we can meet up again -
Bradford was a fantastic track for racing and I loved the veiwing there too. It was like looking down in to a big bowl. You could also view the pits from practically anywhere as long as you had binoculars of course

Looks like you will get your wish Dex01. Cameron sent the Sports Section of the Sunraysia Daily - Mildura's local newspaper - dated 8 November to his friend and landlord over here.....Merlin Cameron was quoted in the Sunraysia paper as saying ""I'll be working as a plumber and going to trade school for a while but I'll race in the Aussie Titles which are in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia in January." The full story can be found here here.

If Cameron does ride I guess it will be on borrowed machinery as he left his bikes over here. Hopefully that won't be a problem and you can see the improvement in him.

So in other words he shouldn't have been fined. Looks like someone has slipped up somewhere -
World Longtrack Anti Doping Control

The reason it can help with swimming is that it opens the airways up therefore makes the breathing during swimming much easier for someone with lung problems. -
World Longtrack Anti Doping Control

Salbutamol is not a controlled substance. It's what is known as a beta2-adrenergic bronchodilator. Adrenergic bronchodilators are medicines that are breathed in through the mouth to open up the bronchial tubes (air passages) of the lungs. It can be given intravenously too in severe cases of asthma. It is used to treat the symptoms of asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, and other lung diseases, while others medications are used to prevent the symptoms. It is definitely not a perfomancing enhancing drug. Not sure why people would want to be a Salbutamol abuser as it speeds up the heart, causes arrythmias and makes you shake if taken in excess. -

World U21 final - lineup

Congratulations to Robert Miskowiak the new World U-21 champion and commisserations to Rory but you did yourself and all your fans proud -
I am with SL on this matter. Get rid of the easy option TR. Double points for doing nothing special is a farce. I don't mind the TS as at least the riders have to work a bit harder to earn their double points.

He will be with that injury Poor Janusz as he had a great chance of lifting this title. Best wishes Janusz. -

Not yet There has been a press release of sorts in Denmark. This is taken from the Yahoo speedway groups and was posted by a Scotsman who has lived in Denmark for several years now Danish frustration over the weak rules. Translated from Denmark's biggest Daily newspaper: A violent kick from Crump towards Champion Pedersen in Saturdays Swedish GP "has pissed everybody off". The Australian only got a warning for his actions. Danish nation coach Jacob Olsen believes the rules should be stronger and harder action taken. Quote: "Unfortunately in speedway there are no yellow and red cards. This we need to look at to stop these types of scandals" However daddy Ole Olsen says "The rules are fine as they are, the referee on the night decides the punishment and thats how it should be" END of article Looks like even Jacob and Ole cannot agree either

Jeez...we have had the Dane bashing threads so is this the retaliation thread? I don't remember seeing you that upset when Nicki Pedersen bulldozed Greg Hancock in to the fence. Did he get a red card then?

Well Done Hans Andersen
Midnight_Lady replied to a topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Pots and kettles here Phillip I am not a fan of Hans Andersen...never have been and never will be. Nobody is asking you to like him but this continual bleating about what he may have done in the SWC is wearing just a tad thin now and at any given opportunity people are just bad mouthing for the sake of it. The SWC happened weeks ago. Just how long do we have to put up with the same old drivel day in day out -
