I wasn't judging Eastbourne fans by Glasgow fans. I was pointing out that violence and threats of violence can happen anywhere. Jeez

Hans Andersen did no such thing. He allowed both Karlsson and Nicholls past to fight it out between themselves. The venom on this forum about him is truly unbelievable

Why pick on me? I gave an opinion and I am not anti English nor anti south but that is where all the whining is coming from about the GB team being robbed. So don't bring in the old chestnut of the north south devide. I have nothing to "get over" because as far as I am concerned I witnessed a great meeting that went down to the wire. I saw the meeting for the first time last night (thank you Merlin) and I cannot believe the crap eminating from down south It was everyone and everything else's fault where the plain simple fact is Sweden won fair and square. Hans Andersen did indeed let Peter Karlsson through in the last race just as he did Scott Nicholls! And that's from someone who isn't a Hans Andersen fan. The refereee had a shocker and all this "all four back" was disgraceful. Not to mention immediately stopping and re-running the race when Kolodziej shed a chain and baulked the rider behind who just happened to be English!!! When the hell do we ever see races being stopped for that.....NEVER! Face up to it team GB, it was a good performance but on the day Sweden deserved to win and that was in spite of all the decisions that went in favour of GB courtesy of the sixth man in the team.....Master Bates!!

He will be a class act then if he reminds you of Tomasz Gollob. A real racer

Totally agree with all that Steve Schovlar has said. This was one of the most entertaining, nail biting meetings I have ever seen on Sky. I felt the referee made two blunders. One when he allowed Lindback to stay in the race when he brought down Kolodziej. The other when he excluded Michael Max. I love Johnno but I felt he went down just a tad to easily. As for my hero Tomaszzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....one word WOW

Not sure about the "dirty" tag but I felt he was out of control at times caused by over-riding. At least he did settle down later on.

Are you suggesting that the Polish riders will get favourable treatment Garf and that they will be "dirty" when you talk about being on the "safe side"? I don't think it matters where the final is being held. If a rider is good enough to win it they will.

Well done Rory. I wonder how much his injury held him back today. It looked a very tough semi-final though.

I don't know just sharing what Rory's father told us on Friday night. I would have thought there would be more than five squad members and that five are chosen for the matches.

Rory has been included for the squad but whether he actually gets a meeting is another thing though he might do at Poole.
