  1. I'm going to think positive......in other words, Simon Stead WILL beat Nicki Pedersen!
  2. If Crump can't handle the media, what's the point? He's currently World Champion, so he is going to get cameras and people wanting interviews! If he's that bothered, why not just tell them, and not get one of the pit crew pushing the cameras and telling the poor blokes to eff off!!!!!!!! The guy should grow up a bit IMO!
  3. Forget whether they win or not, I'm more worried about whether Simon and Chris come out ALIVE!
  4. Nah, I agree. He knew if Loram couldn't ride, Middlo would be dialling his number. I dread to think of our side if Simon couldn't get a flight back home. Hopefully he's going to be worth all this, because he probably didn't have to pay for this flight. Still, he's on tracks he should do well on and I wish him the best of luck.
  5. Lol, he's being flown back ASAP, I'm sure it's well worth missing part of his hols though. Well, that's me tuning in tomorrow night!!!!!!
  6. Same here Sue. Will be sat watching the meeting whilst typing on the forum about Nicki P's latest victim and how he got them into the fence...... The Danish side are looking brilliant. I'm pretty confident Scott and Loram can do it, Bomber and Screeny should also be quite strong. If Lee can just get his starts spot on.....well, I'll let you lot complete the sentence.
  7. Well, wasn't actually going on Sunday.....but for you Shovlar, I might get along and cheer on me ol' fave Nicki In fact no, why bother when there's Scotty around, eh?
  8. Looks a decent side that. In 5 or 6 years I think Steady and Harris will be in the GP, but hopefully Nicholls and Richardson are only going to get better.
  9. Shame about Floppy, but if he can't ride, let's get someone in who can do the job and help team GB! Bomber WILL do well, but I'm sure it's not exactly the way he wanted his team place.
  10. Some of the wild cards have been rubbish, Zagar was outstanding and Iversen was good. British should've been Chris Harris I think. But it's down to the managers and what they want.
  11. I know I'm pretty late with this prediction but as I'm taping the GP tonight I thought I'd post this then avoid it until tomorrow. 1. Tony Rickardsson (he's on fire and by far the best this year) 2. Hampel 3. Nicholls (I can dream!) 4. Nicki Pedersen Crump did break his thumb I believe so that might set him back a bit.
  12. I'd love to see Steady as the next champion, but has he got it in him? Most of the Brits are great in the EL and beat the riders in the GP, but nerves must get to them on the big stage. Give it 10 or 15 years and we'll be seeing Auty as the Champion. Until then, we can only hope.
  13. Wouldn't that be a cracking old meeting? Rickardsson miles in front, and all the older riders struggling to get round the bend? I hope you were being sarcastic Rob BTW, older riders wasn't an insult.
  14. Quite true, but when TR gets the Semis, he rides like a real rider, and actually tries, so far, he hasn't had to try that hard. I think it'll be.... 1. Crump 2. Rickardsson 3. N Pedersen 4. Nicholls Although I would like it to be 1. Crump 2. Nicholls 3. Bjarne 4. Richardson I can't see that happening though Although Rickardsson is just about the best in the world, and he is a smashing rider, I really hope he misses the semis. Then Crump will probably win if he can make the final and the scores get a hell of a lot tighter.
  15. Does anyone know if Richard will be fit for this meeting?
  16. I haven't been to Cardiff but I think it looks a great place for the GP. OK it might be a longer journey down there but if the facilities are good and the track is good I see no problem whatsoever.
  17. In no particular order, I think finals will be Crump Nicki P Nicholls Adams? Will be really pleased if all 3 Brits make finals. Be honest, how many of you disagree with that?
  18. TOO MANY! lol i'm not too sure, i was actually going to ask the same question.
  19. to be honest i wouldn't put anything on the brits this year lol
  20. when theres no passing i'm usually bored by the 3rd lap, so 6 laps would not suit me at all. lol
  21. At the end of the day, we have a wild card who deserved to get it and i don't think the reserves are really important. if they do get a ride, the rider they've replaced might have got exactly the same score.
  22. I must admit it's fairer, and you see riders racing more often, but isn't it making it a bit simple for the riders, maybe not for people like Nicholls etc who've not done much this year, but for Crump it's just giving him an even better chance than he already has!
